Fair price and quality work. Project was completed quickly.

Very honest and professional. I thought we needed to replace 6 cracked tiles but Jack examined them carefully and said they did not need to be replaced. Our problem was calcium build-up. He would not accept payment for the diagnosis since he did not replace anything. Good experience with this company and now have him on our contractor list for future projects as needed. I recommend Jack, The Grout Man, based on the above experience.

Great company. They did great work and for a great price. My bathroom grout looks great. I would use ThE Grout Man again if I ever need to. Great customer service. When the job was done. The owner called me and made sure I was satisfied . He told me if there were any problems to make sure I called him. I would highly recommend this company.

He was polite and meticulous. He even came back over a month later after I had gotten new shower doors installed that exposed areas he could not reach the first time and he did those too, for no charge.

He did the job in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him. He even suggested a slightly different shade of grout than I had before. It looks great. I would never haver thought about the shade of grout.

I'm a man of few words: Great response, reasonable price, awesome customer service, skilled/perfectionist caulking and wonderful follow up to make sure we're satisfied.

Very quick initial response to inquiry, and for estimate. His worker came on schedule to do the work. Grout re-do and re-caulking appeared to be very good that day, but after 2 days we noticed a couple little imperfections. When we called Jack @ it , he responded immediately, and came within 36 hours to remediate it. Would definitely hire him again.

We would definitely hire the Grout Man again! We were looking to caulk and touch up the grout in two bathrooms. Jack came out to do the estimate. He was professional and knowledgeable about his trade. I had some leftover grout in my basement which he looked at to make sure that it was still useable. It matched perfectly and saved me some money. His assistant came out to do the job and he too was very polite and his work was extremely neat. He pointed out that I had a small leak around the tub spout and did not caulk over it. We had a plumber come in and sure enough, it was cracked. I appreciate that he noticed this and said something as opposed to just caulking over it which would have pushed the water behind the wall. A few months later, I noticed a small area of caulk that appeared bubbled or didn't cure properly. Without hesitation, Jack came back and fixed it at no cost. It is very nice to have someone stand behind their work. Would gladly recommend this company to anyone looking to repair/replace tiles, grout, caulk, etc. I also found his prices to be very reasonable.

My call was returned same day and an appointment arranged. Rob arrived right on time.. He new immediately what we needed and explained everything. We did not need grout we needed caulking in an over-sized shower and steamer. We also needed caulk around the kitchen counter. Both the shower and kitchen look so much better we couldn't be happier..
