Jack was very meticulous in explaining the best options for each of the tile and grout projects in my bathrooms and kitchen. He was also very patient in answering my questions. I fully understood what to expect as far as results, which were perfect and exactly what was described. You can trust Jack to do the job right first time and save you $ by providing less expensive options to achieve results.

They restored my bathroom to the way it was when the house was new! Mike, who did the grout and caulking repair, was excellent. We're very fortunate to have found him!

He answered my numerous questions politely and professionally and assured me I would be pleased with the results. His technician was as polite and professional as he was and did a fantastic job. Knowing I was concerned because I had negative experiences with contractors in the past, he took the time to show me the work in progress, offer tips on how to address problem areas and just as he and the Grout man promised the finished job was great.

The estimate and the work was done at the time promised. The price was fair although the caulking wasn't the best I've ever seen.

Jack was very responsive to set the date for the work. Mike who did the work was very detailed and ensured we picked the right color before he sealed the floor. The extra time he took was very helpful in making the decision. I am very happy with the work and will use them again and recommend to friends and family.

Very prompt, courteous, professional. He explained our problem and what he could do to fix some, but not all of our problems. He ended up caulking all the corners, around the basin and under the shower seat. Our grouting problem can be fixed once we are able to match the color. He charged a flat service fee which is customary for all types of professionals. Work was completed within 30 minutes with no mess. I would use him again if needed.

From the estimate to the completion of the job, the service was professional and an excellent value.

They were professional, and it was a very painless experience. They seemed to do a good job (so far) and I would use them again in the future if I have the need to.

Initially, contact made via internet. Jack called within 10 minutes! Very amiable young man. Easy to make the appointment for estimate and subsequent appointments for work to be done. Worked around the bad weather we had and rescheduling was easy to accommodate both of our schedules. Rob arrived on time and was very professional, as well as Rich for the re-glazing project. Final day Jack came to inspect the work and put the finishing touches on. All of the guys were friendly and were diligent in completing the work. The stall shower area looks like new and I expect it to last a long time. There are not too many small business owners that do this work, so I was very pleased that they were available to complete the project. They also answered any questions I had and took the time to explain things.

Jack called within a few hours and arranged a time to stop by for estimate. He explained the work that needed done and told us grout replacement wasn't needed just replacing old caulking. He arranged a convenient time with our tight schedule to return and complete work. He was very prompt and did a very nice, clean job. The tub and shower look brand new.
