Jack was very meticulous in explaining the best options for each of the tile and grout projects in my bathrooms and kitchen. He was also very patient in answering my questions. I fully understood what to expect as far as results, which were perfect and exactly what was described. The estimate and the work was done at the time promised. The price was fair although the caulking wasn't the best I've ever seen.

Very quick initial response to inquiry, and for estimate. His worker came on schedule to do the work. Grout re-do and re-caulking appeared to be very good that day, but after 2 days we noticed a couple little imperfections. When we called Jack @ it , he responded immediately, and came within 36 hours to remediate it. Would definitely hire him again.

He did the job in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him. He even suggested a slightly different shade of grout than I had before. It looks great. I would never haver thought about the shade of grout.

Very honest and professional. I thought we needed to replace 6 cracked tiles but Jack examined them carefully and said they did not need to be replaced. Our problem was calcium build-up. He would not accept payment for the diagnosis since he did not replace anything. Good experience with this company and now have him on our contractor list for future projects as needed. I recommend Jack, The Grout Man, based on the above experience.

Very prompt, courteous, professional. He explained our problem and what he could do to fix some, but not all of our problems. He ended up caulking all the corners, around the basin and under the shower seat. Our grouting problem can be fixed once we are able to match the color. He charged a flat service fee which is customary for all types of professionals. Work was completed within 30 minutes with no mess. I would use him again if needed.
