Joe and his team are excellent! I needed my kitchen cabinets repainted something not many people can do, or want to because it is intricate work. Joe and his crew were neat, clean , and 100% professional. Shoed up daily on time worked hard all day and did a perfect job. I would highly recommend this company. Joe thank you for a job well done!

The owner was very accommodating after the closing date for my home changed a couple times. His workers worked that weekend to assure that everything was done before the movi-in date on Monday. They did an excellent job painting the house.

They arrive exactly on time and were very professional. They covered all of the floors and items and got to work immediately and put in full days. The work was done neatly and they cleaned up when they finished. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive and I think we got a fair price. The only issue was after initial contact and walkthrough, we did not hear back from Joe for a couple weeks as, unbeknownst to us, he was out of town (a phone call or message that he was not available would have been nice). However, that being said, when he returned he scheduled us right away and we are happy with the work completed. We have additional work to be done and plan to have Joe complete that for us as well.

The work is fantastic. Costs were discussed up front and there weren't any surprises. We are very happy with the end results and look forward to using Precise again in the near future.

They did an amazing job. I like their customer service and their efficiency. Their guys are really clean.

Joe Caprio gave me an excellent estimate, one that was much better than others I had received. He is very personable and professional. Joe and his 2 helpers removed the wallpaper in the kitchen, painted all the woodwork and ceilings in the house and painted the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity and Joe hung the new kitchen wallpaper that he bought at a discount. I was pleasantly surprised that the estimate included painting the baseboard radiators. The doors in the house are all paneled by the way. The men were here for 7 1/2 days from 8 am until at least 4 pm. They were doing such an excellent job that I kept asking Joe to do more work and he was very accommodating. It was an absolute pleasure having friendly people here who enjoyed their work and had great pride in it. The house looks clean and the kitchen. woodwork and ceilings look new. The kitchen looks so bright and cheerful now. And wow, were the men neat. You'd never know there were workers here. While I was cleaning my 4 foot stainless steel hood, I broke one of the heat lamps and Joe bought 2 bulbs for me that very evening.I felt very comfortable leaving the house while Joe was here. I will definitely recommend Precise Painting to all my friends and have recommended a business use them to do their papering. I have asked Joe to give me an estimate for exterior painting.

.We are so impressed by the quality of Joe's work. The project was done on time as planned and the house was left in excellent condition. He takes time and effort to manage the details and he personally oversees the work of his professional crew. We highly recommend him.

I had gotten about 4 estimates for our original painting project, which involved painting a master bedroom and master bathroom, ceilings, closets and staining exposed beams. Being that this was the end of an expensive renovation, my mistake was going with the cheapest estimate and not choosing Precise Painting in the first place (who's estimate was reasonable and middle of the road). We did not realize that staining wood is much different from painting. The first painter really messed up the staining of our exposed beams - nail putty was showing through the stain and looked terrible, and he did not apply a finishing polyurethane coat. I called Joe of Precise Painting, who was one of the original estimates, to see if he could fix the job. He squeezed me into his schedule the same week, sanded all the beams down, re-stained them and applied polyurethane over two days. They are now absolutely gorgeous. Since there was more work involved to fix the mistake (sanding down the existing stain and nail putty) we ended up spending more than if we went with Joe in the first place. We've learned our lesson. My only complaint is that on the day he agreed to to come take a look and start the job, he was running very late and did not call to inform. When I called, he told me that he would take a look but couldn't do the job that day as promised. It was unfortunate because my husband took the day to stay home from work, so we would have appreciated a phone call. Regardless, it is obvious that Joe takes great pride in his work. The next time we have any painting or staining to do, I will call Joe first.

They did a beautiful, meticulous job, and were fast and very pleasant to have around. Not all painters take care with your floors, furniture, fixtures, etc, but this crew certainly did, which REALLY counts when there's paint involved! When finished, they readily volunteered to return if I noticed any touch-ups needed. They were a little hard to get in touch with (which is the reason for the "B" grade on responsiveness), but in their defense, this was right after Superstorm Sandy, and they and other home improvement vendors seemed overwhelmed with business. Also, the price seemed like it *might* be slightly high, but I don't know that for sure (can't recall the other quote I got), and truly, having had shoddy home improvement work from others, I would rather pay slightly more in order to get such a high-quality, meticulous job.
