Since Alliance’s inception, it has forged a distinguished reputation for solving your pest control problems. While other pest control companies were spraying unnecessary chemicals around your home or business, we were developing and utilizing Integrated Pest Management (IPM). IPM is the use of a host of pest and environmental information to eradicate pest problems with no, or the least amount of pesticide usage. This year after the second termite swarm in the same spot in my house I called as I had done before. Two moths later I received a letter from the owner saying they could not renew my contract next year. They didn't offer to refund the money I paid this year. They've never responded with a service call. It's been 4 months now. It would appear that they simply drop people when they cannot resolve the problem. A very unprofessional response.
Description of Work: Originally Alliance was called for a termite infestation in our basement. This happened several years ago. The work performed was good. We maintained a yearly contract with them for several years. They responded promptly and efficiently until this year. I ll note that the amount paid this company over the years exceeded the amount I listed.
