Robert is a smooth talker. Will make you think he's on every job and over sees the work to be performed. This is the absolute opposite situation that we experienced. Nothing but headaches. He subs out many projects and they are NOT his crew. Debris and nails spread all over the property. Water bottles filled with urine left hidden in our garage. Ladders dropped onto the hood of our vehicle which we supplied for the trash removal, which his crew denied happen. Never showed up to our roofing project when they started work, wrong color shingles, no ice-water shield on the job, not enough capping, and the next day no one showed up to finish our incomplete roof. We terminated the siding contract after the roofing experience was horrible. He's only around to collect the payments and will give you every excuse under the sun as to why things went wrong. I've renovated numerous projects and have flipped many houses during the past 30 plus years. This was one of the worst experiences I've encountered. Also, his website indicates payments can be submitted by credit cards. That's NOT true. When asked if he accepted credit cards, he declined and requested payment by check in his personal name. You've been warned.

Robert and his team were very knowledgeable and did a great job installing these replacement windows. The windows are great quality and the installation process couldn't have gone smoother. Robert walked me through how they ensure the perfect fit--the right measurements, tight fit, sealing and insulating from the inside and outside. Not every company does all of that as I learned. They look great and there are no drafts, I'm looking forward to a lower heating bill! They were easy to work with-- prompt, professional and cleaned up after themselves as they went. When they left, you would never know we just had our entire house done. Highly recommend Robert and his company , you will not be disappointed.

We interviewed several contractors for the work and both my husband and I liked Robert right away. His bid was actually the second lowest, but we felt that we could trust him and we were very happy we chose him for the work. He’s a man of his word and quality is what he delivers. The siding was completed in 8 days, and the house looks wonderful!! We couldn’t be more pleased, and highly recommend him!!!

Robert and his crew did an excellent job with my window replacement. He is truly a perfectionist. The job was done in a timely manner and the price was more than reasonable. Honestly, I couldn't imagine using someone else in the future. I live over an hour away from him and he didn't even hesitate to drive all the way out for the initial measurements and then again for the install. I highly highly recommend him and his crew. Actually I'm lucky my brother found Robert and recommended him to me. Oh, the windows themselves are beautiful and solid too!

We had a minor accident that caused our Vinyl siding to rip out. Angie's list led me to this company and Robert Hirasek responded immediately. Not only did he give me a terrific fair price but completed the work the same day. He did a terrific job, cleaned up all the debris and now it looks as good as new. Hats off to Quality Siding, they truly lived up to their name!

I can't not say enough good things about Robert. This was our second project with him (the first being new siding, roof and gutters). He is very responsive, professional, honest, and reasonably priced. For our first project, he explained everything to us from the differences in the siding & shingles to timing. Robert was on the job and doing the work himself with his crew. He sent photos of things that came up during the install that were issues and explained how we could fix them and cost for each way. When the time came to get some windows replaced, it was not even a question on who we would call.

Robert did a clean job. On the first visit, he was exaggerating as the roof would come down and the bedroom above the garage will fall. As I did not have prior knowledge about it, i trusted and went with it, and it look happen to be little more of a cosmetic fix with no structural damage. So need to thoroughly understand of what needs to be done. But I am happy that the work was clean.

Great quality, on time, according to contract

This is our second project with Robert. He is wonderful to work with and is extremely proud of his workmanship and it shows! He has great attention to detail, and will make it better than what it was. He is a small company, so you have to be patient with him. Robert takes great pride in his work and will not rush the job to get ok results. He will take the time that's needed to do the job right and strive for perfection. Once he's on the job, he's totally dedicated. We will be contacting Robert once again when we are ready for our next project!

Awesome. Robert and his crew were organized, efficient, and tidy. Robert communicated regularly and clearly with us about his timeline and process. Even his outsourced gutter company was excellent.

World class workmanship delivered with great value and integrity. It does not get any better than this. No need to go any further down a list of contractors. I liked everything about Robert and his crew. Importantly, Robert does the work himself, which assures that there is no problem with workmanship and communication. I cannot say enough good things.

Complete and utter disregard for prospective clients's time and total lack of professionalism. I called this contractor on a Saturday and described in detail the services that I was looking to perform. He stated that he was doing other estimates on Sunday and we agreed that he would come over for an estimate at 9:30 am. I rearranged my morning plans to wait for this person. When he didn't show up by 10 am, I decided to call him. He picked up the phone and said something about being stuck at some other estimate and asked if we could reschedule for Monday evening at 6:30. I was disappointed that he didn't even bother calling himself, but decided to give it another try. I told him that I normally get home a bit later, but agreed to leave work early to accommodate him, which I did. When he didn't show up by 7 pm, I called him again to find out when he'd be coming. He picked up the phone, and mumbled something about needing to go grocery shopping, how busy he was, and some other nonsense. Needless to say, I will not let this person anywhere near my project. If you want to deal with someone who has basic decency and professionalism to show up at agreed times, or at least have courtesy to call if something comes up, then this contractor may not be the right choice.

Mr. Robert Hirasek ( Quality Siding and Windows LLC ) was sub-contracted by Garrigan Custom Carpentry to apply vinyl siding to our home. It became evident why he was chosen not long after he arrived to begin applying the siding. He came every day before everyone else, stayed later and worked throughout the day taking limited breaks and short lunches. The siding aspect of the job called for applying a moisture barrier, addition of sheet insulation under the siding and the siding itself. He diligently worked around the other contractor making repairs on parts of our home. He was very meticulous and conscientious about his work. In spite of the pace he was always amicable and courteous, happy to answer all questions regarding the work being done. He would always bag and remove all the debris from around the base of the house. My wife and I are proud of our home?s appearance.

Robert is ONE OF A KIND!!! Seriously, I have not encountered a more professional contractor and I have flipped over 17 properties in New Jersey. Robert came to work everyday with a smile, professionalism and he ALWAYS CLEANED UP AFTER whatever he was doing that day! My house looked better outside than before he started the job. He is a perfectionist and pays attention the details. I can not say enough about the satisfaction of his work. He also was easy to talk to because I changed a few things while he was doing the work. Always on time and communicative. Ultimately one of the most fair hard working people I have ever meet. Thank again Robert. We hope to work with you again.

Robert, ( the owner ) was a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail and the pride he demonstrated in his work was evident. As he is the owner / salesperson and crew leader, yes, he is on the job from start to finish, you may need to be patient with his pace. However you will not go wrong working with him on your project. Our project was unqiue and Robert worked with us to do only the items we wanted to do. He did not try to sell us stuff that other vendors attempted to do in order to do the job. His pricing was very competitive! We look forward to using Quality Siding and Windows again for future projects.

The whole process of getting this project completed went better than expected. Robert was helpful in getting all pre-approvals needed for the work to be done and finished all work in the time frame to which he initially committed. He kept open the lines of communication during the entire project and did a great job cleaning up when everything was completed. His pricing was better than those with which I compared, and yet the quality of service showed no shortcoming. Truly a professional job and would use the services of Robert and his company for other projects in my home.

This company did a great job on my neighbors windows. So we hired him to do our roof We needed this work done quickly. They responded quickly and efficiently. They worked long hours completely cleaned up after and were Not put off because of the holiday. We were very impressed by Their work. The roof and gutters look better than the originals. This company is permanently on my contact list.

"I did a really stupid thing by most standards".... I only got ONE Estimate...... HOWEVER....I can only say that my expierience and final outcome of all work done with Robert was BETTER and at the highest standard than I could have ever expected from anyone...... He and his team were professional, on time, kept me up to date and turned my home into a beauty. Neighbors still stop me and tell my how great the house looks and I have recommend him for several projects from my own client base (with outstanding feedback) plus family and friends! The work was started while I was at work....I completetly expected to come home and find that the old shingles would be all over my yard etc......NOPE!! He and his team had taken each shingle off seperately, neatly pilled them up and disposed of them without a single plant or yard ornament effected....I was in shock at how neatly they worked at all times....even when the project was complete they wiped the entire outside of the house down to ensure that it was completely clean!!
