Everything went fantastic!

Everything went well.

Very prompt response to initial contact - contacted by Jeff, the owner of the business. An appointment was set up to scope the painting job, and once again Jeff was very prompt at keeping that appointment. Shortly afterwards we received via email a detailed proposal with the price breakdown for each room/item. This proposal also included a sheet outlining what we could expect or not expect on the part of the contractor, and what he expected from us (e.g. moving fragile items before the painting took place). This was extremely helpful and professional on his part and reflects the extensive experience that he has. Once the proposal was accepted with the typical 50% down payment, Jeff got us on his schedule. Both he and his helper showed up exactly when they said they would - no waiting around wondering when the contractor would show. And most importantly, the actual painting job was done quickly and done well, and Jeff met or exceeded our expectations for each room or area painted.

Gave a complete, well broken down estimate for all parts of the job. Showed up on time all three days. Were very nice people-good to discuss job with as they were doing it. Willing to move heavy loads around house to facilitate painting. Finished ahead of schedule and came in under budget! I'm bidding them now on doing the whole house!

All good. On time, flexible with scheduling (we had to re-schedule twice due to problems at our end; they were very accommodating). Very nice work; very clean, excellent prep work. Also very responsive . . . I sought bids from a bunch of people; Lawler was one of only two to respond quickly.

Jeff came in right on time to do a price estimate and we had very nice experience overall. 1) He came in right on time and was very friendly and professional. 2) We went over entire property and he gave us all the options on what can be done. 3) After a few days he provided estimate for each individual room so that we can decided what do do know and what can wait if there is budget issues. Overall a very pleasant experiences but I do have a few comments: 1) I think Jeff was a bit too accommodating . He is a professional and he could of offered a few more tips. I asked for a minor touch ups on the white doors and he agreed with it but when we tried it - those touch ups stood out like a sore thumb. He could of told us that either we do the whole door or do not touch it. 2) Originally we decided not to do Bathroom and he was totally fine with it but next day when I started looking more closely we realized that bathroom was in much worse shape than originally thought and it needed a fresh paint. He could of inspected it more closely and tell us that we should paint it. Like I mentioned we ended up not using his services but we did have a nice, pleasant and professional experience with him.

They were good, the person who came was very knowledgeable. They were also very responsive, and I would probably use them again in the future.

Jeff and his team were great folks to work with. Quick & responsive throughout the process - initial callback, estimate walkthru, emailed detailed contract estimates - and punctual on work days. They moved all the large pieces of furniture which was greatly appreciated. Jeff estimated it would take about 5-6 days - they actually were done in 4 days - ahead of schedule. They had great attention to detail and were very professional. I was extremely happy with the completed work and would definitely hire them again.

We originally started getting quotes from another painter and his pricing was very high and he was not very responsive. My friend used JT Lawler (Jeff) and recommended him. He came and gave us a quote that week and put us on the schedule very quickly. He completed all the work in 2 days. Each day before they left, the house was put back into order. We are using him to paint a few more rooms. We were not ready for those rooms to be painted when Jeff originally came out so he blocked time later on his schedule for us to work around our schedule. His work is great. The lines were very clean and even fixed errors that we had when we painted originally ourselves. After using Jeff, we decided we will never paint again!

I wanted to do certain things in a special way, and they were willing, even though they were not used to doing them that way.
