On 11/14/13 I called to speak with someone about a totally new furnace and A/C system for my daughter's new condo. Got their voicemail, so left a message. Called again on 11/15/13. Never got the courtesy of a return call either time. Either these folks are too busy to care about new customers / new business....or they're about as unprofessional as they come.

[removed members name] called our office on the dates he listed above looking for pricing on a new heating and air conditioning system for his daughter's condo. Unfortunately at the time [removed members name] called we were unable to get back to him because of a family medical emergency. A close family member was very ill and in the ICU. We were also experiencing a sudden drop in temperature and were providing heating service to our existing customers. With that being said, we were operating on a emergency call basis only calling back our existing customers to provide them with heat for their homes. We understand [removed members name] disappointment with not receiving a return call, but are not sure why he would make disparaging comments about our company when we have never worked for him. Bell is a small family run business that strives to provide its customers with excellent and affordable service. Bell does not believe our actions to be unprofessional. On the contrary we believe our actions were responsible by allowing [removed members name] to find a contractor who would be able to give him the time and attention he deserves.

- Started by punching some of the holes for the ductwork in the wrong places. - Delayed the addition/gut renovation project by over a month by not showing up and running the PEX for the radiators. - Tried to install analog thermostats on a multi zone system that did not work. - Installed thermostats that did not take advantage of the variable speed air handler. - Refused to balance the system after installation. - Did not show up for scheduled appointments and stopped returning phone calls.
Description of Work: New install of Weil McLain boiler with Pensotti radiators (chosen by me) and Carrier A/C system with all duct work
