mobile home remodeling
+ -1 moreHe charge my $650 to install a new pipe line from hot water heater to kitchen sink that was never done. He was supposed to replace two interior doors that was never done but he charged me for both. I asked for a light in the ceiling in the hallway, the one he installed blocks me from opening the door to the furnace room. Now I need and electrician to come in and fix. The cabinets were installed but not caulked. He did not put in new molding, but charged me for it.
Description of Work: I called him to have a new rubber roof with gutters installed, cut sheet rock, remove carpet and linoleum, remove bottom cabinets in kitchen, remove and instal toilet in bathroom area, replace two interior doors, replace old baseboard molding in entire area, remove entire floor board, replace floor boards, replace insulation under the floor, replace soffits on exterior, install sheet rock, spackle with two coats, painting area where sheet rock was replaced in white, repair plate on deck area, install a new entry door 36x80, install new commercial carpet, install linoleum in kitchen area, install vinyl tile in bathroom, install awning over entry door, install pipe into the kitchen, install concrete slab underneath the oil tank, upgrade electrical panel, replaced ceiling light in hallway.
