Tommy and partner came promptly when they said they would be there. They got right to work and figured everything out. I was happy with their work and they both were pleasant and friendly. The price was within the average range of other electricians in the area.

My mother was watching my home while I was away. The wall socket sparked when she plugged in the washing machine. Since I was out of the country and could not be reached, she opened the phone book and called this company after seeing a huge reputable looking ad. Tommy came out and charged $97 for coming. He took one look at the socket and told her the house was going to burn down. He would have to replace the entire electrical service to the house, run all new wires, put a new socket in and replace the cord coming from our brand new washing machine. When she questioned him he replied that if she didn't do the work the house would burn down. Since my mother is 85 years old she believed him and told him to do the work. He told her he would have to come the next day because he didn't have the right parts and as long as she didn't plug anything in to the socket she would be safe. He told her he would come back at 11 am. He did not arrive at 11 and she began to call every few minutes getting no answer at his work place. At this point I was in the process of flying home and told her to just forget about it and go home and I would take care of it when I got back. I arrived at approx. 4:30 pm and Tommy just pulled up. He jumped out of his truck and said do you live here? I told him yes and to just go away I didn't need his services. He was becoming very angry with me and proceeded to tell me he left his tool bag in the house and wanted it and also wanted to show me the problem. I got his tool bag and told him again to leave. He said again he wanted to tell me the problem. I told him I just had an electrician a few months back and there is nothing wrong with the electrical system. I told him my mother said he wanted to replace the entire service to the house etc. He claimed my "MOTHER IS A LIAR" and he never told her that. I again told him to get out and he turned to my husband and told him "she is as bad as her mother". I cannot stress enough that no one should have to go through what my mother and I went through with this thief. Please DO NOT use this contractor.
