We called another repair service just to be sure we really needed a new tv. Ours was only 3 years old and lightly used. The second repair service fixed the tv in 10 minutes. The remote needed new batteries and some wires had been switched around on the tv.
Description of Work: Our tv was receiving a signal but no channels. Saga came to investigate and said we needed a new tv. When they left our house the tv no longer had any signal. They offered to intall a replacement tv for $750. Because that price seemed extremely high I refused.

The experience started out okay. They came out to provide an estimate and seemed knowledgeable. I had to pay for that visit, but they told me that the cost would be applied towards the final cost of the installation if I decided to go with them for the work. I asked them what equipment they were using, and why, since I simply wanted to know what kind of products they were installing. They couldn’t give me any details; they were very general and couldn’t give me any answers. Their attitude was basically “take it or leave it”. Another thing that I didn’t like was that I specifically talked to them about the universal remote, and he told me I could use the original remote that I currently own. He wouldn’t work with us on any other remote but his remote, which was $1,000, and I know there are cheaper universal remotes. It didn’t seem like they wanted their business, since we asked too many questions. I would not recommend them.
Description of Work: They were supposed to install a surround sound system.

It was the worst experience. The day after the warranty ran out, the TV had broken down. When I brought this to the personnel's attention, they implied that they could backdate the warranty if I were to slip them some money under the table. I will never do business with this company again.
Description of Work: I purchased a TV from them and took it in for repairs.

There have been ongoing problems with the cable and them, but they have been here four times. Sam stayed until 9 o'clock one night trying to solve any problems. They showed me how to operate it and let me sit down and write the instructions. They answer the phone and are nice. I can't complain. They say they are not done until it's perfect.
Description of Work: I bought my high definition TV from them. They came and installed the wiring in the wall and the TV, DVR, and VCR.
