Description of Work: Technician came to assess a simple problem with heating valves. Stayed almost an hour, including a visit to the central condo heating plant. He did not seem to know what he was doing. Left an estimate, I paid the $85 fee, and they did no follow up.

Description of Work: Installed new kitchen faucet (already purchased). It took the plumber 1 1/2 hours to remove the old one - it was rusted/corroded - a mess. Very professional, nice guy, prompt, responsive, personable. There was a tiny leak in the inlet tube the became apparent a day later and he came right up and fixed it. |Not cheap, but he was really good.

+ -1 moreThe plumbing is less noisy now and no more leaks! They always clean up after themselves and are honest and reliable.
Description of Work: They replaced all of the pipes going to my upstairs. Have had many leaks from the old galvanized pipes. They used what I think are called pex lines instead of copper which saved money on parts and labor.

Description of Work: J&J Plumbing installed a new toilet for me. Jack Burns is very professional and he took the time out of his busy schedule to install my toilet since it was rather an emergency. He did an absolutely fabulous job. My bathroom was cleaner after his visit than before. I give this company the highest of recommendations.

+ 0 moreHe was here for about two or three hours and I think the price is decent; it was better than I thought it’d be but it still hurts. I love how I can call a cell phone number talk with the plumber who comes to us.
Description of Work: J&J Plumbing resat a leaky toilet for me. In the past they’ve also unclogged things, they’ve changed out valves and faucets, and they’ve done some repiping work on our washer and dryer.

+ -1 moreJack is very reliable. We have used him a few years back and he does excellent work. I am very pleased with him and he is a very polite man. He was on time and he never found anything wrong with the water heater so he went ahead and did the drains for me. They are working fine and we have not had any thing go wrong the work he did for us. He does all kinds of plumbing and we are going to continue to use Jack for our plumbing needs.
Description of Work: They cleared out the drains in my toilet and sink in the bathroom. He also checked the hot water heater to see if it was leaking.
