Showed up when promised. Assessed and corrected problem in short order. Office followed up with phone call to make sure all work was done to my satisfaction. Would have no problem using them again.

A very reliable, first class, honest company with professional staff that will call you back immediately if you have a question. They did an excellent job, removed all debris so you would never know they were even there. They really do aim to please and go out of their way to do so. My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. If we could, we would give then 10 stars!!!

Great response time to my inquiry. Very willing to accommodate. A little off on the time expected for arrival. Service person was knowledgeable and work performed to everyone's satisfaction.

New opener is wonderful. Much quieter than the old one. Installation was professional and quick. Would recommend them. Customer service was also pleasant and professional.

I would've given the maximum rating but a perfect score I find it a little bit suspicious. Or it is only me. Anyway the response to my inquiry was fast, the job was done well despite the awful weather conditions, communication was pleasant. As a recommendation, I would suggest the removal of old doors and the boxes and all other stuff, as an optional service. As a recommendation to new customers: negotiate harder. It was not my case because the guys would install the doors the next day, when the entire state was under voluntary shutdown due to the winter storm.

These folks came when they were suppose to. Installed it properly and cleaned up the property after the install. The rep of the company was courteous and the price was excellent. I have no complaints about this company, product or experience.
