I did not lie the person who did the estimate because I mentioned that the branches of a huge oak tree from my neighbors hose are on top of my garage and he answer that he got pay for what the customer told him to do,so on the roof of my neighbor there are not branches hanging. He was not a very customer oriented person and I found him arrogant,coul had answer in a different way.

Chuck from Beucler Tree Experts was great. He called me right away, he came to the house looked everything over and gave me a price right on the spot. His men showed up on time, they were very professional, they cleaned everything up and I would hired them absolutely again. I have already recommended them to friends.

I got estimates from four companies with A reviews on Angie's, Beucler was one of them. A guy from Beucler Tree Expers came to give me an estimate and he was not very friendly, no smile and short curt answers. After he looked at the trees, I asked him how much it will cost and he said "he'll MAIL ME the estimate." I found this very annoying, because the other three companies I vetted gave me an estimate on the spot - All three were in the $3000 range. Beucler's estimate (which I received 2 days later in the mail) was $9000!!!! Over THREE TIMES what the other guys were charging! He saw a young woman, so he must have assumed I wouldn't do my homework. FYI - I did a search within a 5 mile radius of my house, so driving distance has nothing to do with influencing the price. Overall: A) Unfriendly B) Slow with giving estimates C) Ridiculously overpriced In response to their comments: I hope the problem gets fixed. Thank you for your courteous response.

They came with a group, they came on time. Everything about the visit was good and we were very satisfied with the price.

I called Beucler for an estimate on removal of two tree stumps. There was one very large stump in our backyard and a smaller stump in our side yard. I left a message and received a call back immediately. They came by while we were at work to look at the tree stumps we wanted removed and left an estimate in our mailbox. The estimate was reasonable and we called them back to schedule a time. We didn't need to be home for the work to be done, so we scheduled a day the following week for them to come by and grind up the stumps. Very happy with the work that was done, the price and the timeliness. Was so easy since we didn't need to be home for them to provide an estimate or do the work. Would use them again for tree work, and would recommend them to neighbors.

Sales man came to my house and gave me a proposal. Price was good and reviews at Angie list were also good. Scheduling was quick and workers arrives very early. Job was executed fast and professionally. Everything was cleaned including my roof . There were some unexpected delays related to a wasp nest but it was quickly solved. Definitely i will hire them again.

A representative came by fairly quickly to give me an estimate for either just clearing the debris or taking down the tree. Once I agreed to hire them it took a while for them to come back and actually do the job but this was not unexpected as it was after the huge storm and all the services I had called were overwhelmed. I chose them as they were local and had been rated highly. I was pleased with the service.

The guys did a great job. I even got a nice, neat stack of firewood!

Beucler Tree was prompt, professional, precise, courteous, timely and thorough. I had requested quotes from several tree services including one of Angie's List Big Deal companies as well as other local tree services. The Angie's List Big Deal provider I contacted was actually BY FAR the highest quote and BY FAR the least professional in communication and demeanor. Beucler responded to my call within the same day and left a written quote in my mailbox within 24 hours. Beucler was familiar with the tree removal regulations in Tenafly, they provided a quick estimate and they were the most reasonable service when taking into account that grinding and cutting removal was included in the quote. Beucler took down a "problem" tree that another provider on Angie's List wanted almost $1,500 more to do AND Beucler included grinding and removal of cuttings (items one Angie's List Big Deal provider charged extra for). Beucler's crew even planted grass seed in the spots of lawn where the tree stumps had fallen after first filling the indentations with top soil, which they also provided. The grass even grew in thicker and greener than the surrounding lawn. Beucler's crew were mindful of a shed less than 3 feet away from the tree in question, yard fences, other trees and plantings as well as sprinklers, furniture and kids toys. I am DEFINITELY going to use them again this year for tree removals for an upcoming home renovation. For discerning owners in the Tenafly area that need an experienced and professional tree removal company that is familiar with tree removal regulations in Tenafly and the surrounding areas, turn to Beucler first. You will be glad you did. All in all, Beucler provides a fast, reliable, professional, thorough and high quality service at a very reasonable price. It took 2 men 1 hour and 15 minutes. It was a great job. I highly recommend those guys. They were the lowest of four estimates I received. They itemized the jobs which was good.
