The contractor called me and I sent pictures of my bathroom to estimate the value of the damage , and cost . The contract was $1500.00 dollars . During this preparation he recommended a plumber who bought the the bathtub keys and labor for $350.00!dollars . On August 17 ,22. By 10: 30 am the contractor Sauchelli , said that he is going to start by the area of the bathtub, but removed the window’s curtains first and showed me how the grout of the floor will be removed manually . I n the mid time the access to the bathroom was canceled due to his reparations because he closed the door “ while he was working “, before he leaves he borrowed me his tools for me to help with the process of grout remove He left the house by 6:00pm . I went to Home Depot to by similar tools because his tools were dulled. On August 18th, the contractor showed at by 10:30 am to continue “working “ . The plumber came buy 4:30 pm did his job and finished it in about one hour. I paid $350.00 dollars. As I saw that the contractor was grouting the bathtub tiles and stained the doors of tub which also had old grout broken and told me that he is going to seal them only , I decided to remove it , after he left . So that night I was cleaning the excesses of grout that he left on the tiles and the doors. I asked him for the other walls , why they are not cleaned ? and he said ,”that he is going to work only on the bathtub, that he is not going to clean more the walls just to paint because he is not going to open the can of worms ,that he did enough for me and that he has pictures of the mess that is my bathroom. “ The floor as well as the walls was poorly done. We spoke about the next step of painting a radiator. He left at 6:00 pm. So I went to the store to buy the recommended paint for heating appliances. On Saturday 20th , this day was not programmed for him to be working . He was supposed to finish on 18th. He came by 10:30 am . He did not say something about the doors removal neither about the tiles cleaning, and started to paint the walls and ceiling . Before Saturday I called and asked not to come because I had other workers installing my kitchen’s floor. He insisted , because he wanted to finish it . On top of his not común sense that other would need the bathroom, I accepted. He was doing intervention on the others job arguing for things that he had no idea why. During the preparation for the painting of the radiator I observed that he did not clean the oxide and the old paint , so I asked him to let me do it as well as with the tub doors , I told him that I need to buy new nails and stops before installation. The behavior of this Handyman was very uncooperative, poor concentration because ,he was at the phone most of the time, even when I was asking for the reason of his performance. When he decided to leave by 6:00 pm, I paid $1500.00 dollars . That it’s why I am claiming to Angi for help at this job . I need a professional to address this problem ,that during three days could not be complete and professionally done as per contract .

Wonderful! Tommy was on time and prepared. He made suggestions and was very friendly with my cats (important). He was neat, used a drop cloth, wiped up and vacuumed when he was finished. I was extremely pleased with his work and professionalism. Thank you!

Tommy was very professional. He was punctual, very pleasant and did an excellent job, My husband and I are seniors and Tommy was very helpful in moving furniture and he rehung a large mirror and pictures as well as shades and drapes. He was extremely neat and we wee very pleased with the work that he did. We plan on using his services again for some additional repairs that have to be done.

TOMMY was a professional, efficient, and very helpful. He painted 3 rooms in our new house and helped us with various questions and even took care of a false alarm concerning a gas leak. We misspoke on a PSE&G call and a gas leak was reported. Tommy guided the fire safety crew around and averted a true problem. I look forward to working with him again.

The service was good. They were very polite and neat. They cleaned up after. They did exactly what I asked.

This was my first experience with this company. Everything went very, very well. I thought that they listened to us. They had some very good ideas on their own. They were very attentive to details. All around, they were very good.

No one wants to do a partial remodel. I wanted to keep the tub and they all want to gut and renovate everything. They were professional and nice but the quote was a little outrageous.
