They're very acceptable. I've had no problem with them. They're excellent. I would recommend them. They're competent and professional. They get the job done.

Did much ore than needed & charged (after the fact) and exorbitant amount. Would not negotiate. I paid what was appropriate. he sued for difference. Twice. In both cases, he did not show up in court and judge dismissed..

The initial service was fine. However, a couple of days later, the ceiling below the toilet started bubbling. Eventually the bubble burst and water was all over the kitchen and the ceiling had a big hole. I had the leak fixed by another plumber who told me that the leak was caused by the pipe that was fixed. It wasn't soldered properly, causing a slow leak into the wall. When I called Mulder they REFUSED to pay for the damages. They told me to put it on my homeowners insurance. When I told him that he should pay for it, he told me it wasn't his problem. I will NEVER use them again.

Prompt service, not many question, straight forward job.

We have worked with them for nearly 20 years during our time in two houses, and they have always been great. Their prices may be a bit higher, but they do quality work. They are my go-to people for any plumbing issues.

Removal of old and installation of the new one. No problems

They did very good work, but it was very expensive. They spent about 45 minutes to complete the work. They did a relatively good job of cleaning up afterwards. They seemed to complain and be overly effected about some common issues you would think a plumber would run into routinely.

The job went very well. They were very prompt. They had someone to answer the call even on a Saturday. They called me first thing on Monday morning. They were responsive and they were great. I have used them for about 20 years and I have had no problem with them. They are reliable. They have done a wide variety of things. They are always available and capable. I have seen no reason to go elsewhere.

Waste water was backing up into the basement. Called Mulder Plumbing and they told me it would be $200 to clean out the main waste line, probably from roots. They came when they said they would, did the job professionally and cleaned up from the work, and charged me what they said they would. Overall very satisfied.

They were excellent. I spent $1,000 the last time I used them. I used them before and I would use them in the future. They were terrific. It was a major problem and they fixed it and it is great. They came in, did the work and it was excellent. It would be no one else that I would use.

They were okay but I don?t know if I would use them again; I found another plumber that I like a lot better. They were expensive.

I live in an older house. Some of the hot and cold water lines have been upgraded to copper over the years, but some of the old brass lines remain. I had Mulder replace some of those lines with new copper. Some of that replacement was a little tricky because of the brittle old lines that still remain, but Mulder's employees were very careful and the job went off without a hitch. I have used Mulder for about 25 years for everything from fixing toilets to clearing the main sewer line (they are the best!!) to installing a new main sewer line and main water line. In every event, they have done excellent work and have always been prompt, fair, pleasant to work with, and reliable. I will keep using them for all my plumbing needs.

Heat went out in December. Responded promptly, provided estimate, and work was done next day. They arranged town required permits and inspections, clean up, etc. Very satisfied overall with results and service rendered

Our water heater started leaking on Sunday before the New Year. We took time to get three estimates and decide what we wanted to do. We called Mulder the afternoon of the 30th to arrange installation and they made an appointment for the next morning (New Year's Eve). They came on time, the new water heater was installed within an hour and there were no additional fees to the estimate. The plumber assisted in sweeping up the rust debris from the old water heater which occured when they removed it and he was conscientious in protecting the floor during soldering. The plumber and his helper were pleasant and I even got a free plumbing tip!

He is good. He was courteous, professional and punctual. He did charge, but there was no work to do as the toilet cleared itself before he could reach here.

They do a very good job at any sewer clean-up. They won't come 24 hours a day. At times when my whole sewer has been blocked and I really need them, they will come in a couple of hours. They are reliable and their prices are reasonable. They are good for any kind of plumbing.

They are very punctual. They can do big jobs. There plumbers can do the job well. They have other plumbers who don't do large jobs but just do the smaller jobs and they are very punctual. They are very good people.

Mulder bid the work at over a thousand dollars more than the people who did it and said it would take three to four days to get to it. The contractor who did the job came right away.

THIS COMPANY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POLITE. THEY LOOKED AT IT FOR A FEW MINUTES AND TOLD US WHAT WE NEEDED. THEY HAD IT FIXED IN A FEW HOURS.
