Garden State roofing was extremely helpful during a stressful time. They managed to fit me in and get a brand new roof on my home so closing could be done asap. AWESOME and KIND times 100!!!!

I've used Garden State Roofing on 2 occasions, so far. Both jobs were to point and water proof the exterior walls of both houses. One thing I really appreciated was that there were enough workers to complete the jobs on schedule. Each worker paid great attention to what he was doing so that the work was neat and completed accurately. It also helped that they were friendly, but still attentive to the work at hand. I also appreciate that Besi actually came to both locations to look at what needed to be done, and then provided a formal estimate of the cost. That a supervisor was on site to answer any question which came up is also a great plus and avoided any possible delays. Garden State Roofing is a top-notch company all around! I plan to use them again in the near future. Pricing is competitive and you get your money's worth. Great job!

I had Besi with Garden State Roofing&Gutters install my gutters along the front of my house and it turned out amazing. I look around at the work done on other houses near mine and it doesn't compare to it . I was so impressed with his work and craftsmanship that I had him install gutters on another property. Besi came out and helped us with a small roof leak we had. He came out first thing in the morning, in the rain, to put a temporary fix on our roof before he could make a more permanent fix. Worst home improvement experience I have ever had. They did not set up any tarps to protect my property, they never returned any calls after the job was completed. None of the paperwork I requested was sent to me.

This is the first review I have ever submitted, but I am making an exception because it pleases me to report our experience. My wife and I recently moved to the Bergen County are The first major thing we knew we had to undertake was the replacement of the entire roof. Without the benefit of our previous list of trusted vendors accumulated over 30 years, we were faced with hiring someone we didnâ t know; a fairly sizeable risk considering the size and cost of the project. Naturally, we turned to the web as a starting point. Among the roofing companies we found listed was one whose reviews were almost too good to be true; Gardne State Roofing. We are experienced in real estate matters and, by nature, cautious people who subscribe to the principle that if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. So, we performed our due diligence including, among other things, verification of license, an absence of litigation, and an interview with a prior customer. The feedback was all positive. Additionally, we were willing to give the company the benefit . So, we took a chance. And, weâ re very glad we did. The companyâ s job supervisor, Besi showed up promptly after my initial inquiry and he had solid answers to my questions and concerns. Thereafter, he and his crew performed exactly as he promised, taking care with the details of the installation and leaving the job in such a condition that youâ d never know they had been here. Massively overpriced and poor workmanship - I was desperate to get the roof leak fixed and this company leveraged my desperation as it is so hard to get contractors to even turn up nowadays. These guys did turn up but charged $1500 for less than 2 hours of work for 2 guys. They do not even guarantee their work. I will not be using them again and I don't think anyone else should either.

Very happy with their work. Negotiated a price and they started the job the following day. Cleaned up the work area when done line they were never there.

Came out the same day and gave me a fair price. Did the work less than a week later and saved my home from water damage we certainly would have sustained when Hurricane Ida flooded our neighborhood.

Garden State Roofing was the last of the 12 refutable companies I surveyed for my re-roof project. I was so meticulous in this process that it took me a month to pick the deserving company. Garden State Roofing did not only beat everyone's price for my project but it gave me that "feel good" vibe with the company especially Besi the supervisor . He was there from the very beginning and through the entire process. Although I ended up paying more than the original estimate because of additional rotted wood to be replaced, I can tell that Garden State Roofing and Besi made sure that I don't have to pay more than I have to. The crew was fast and very knowledgeable. The project was completed faster than I expected and I couldn't be more happier on the outcome. I just love my new roof and I recommend Garden State roofing to all.
