Did not do the work as outlined in our agreement. Did not show up on the scheduled day. Contracted for a 10x 15 ft section of roof repair but they only did a 4x6 patch. Two other companies wanted $600 for the same patch he was charging me $1600 for. Ended up paying him $800. Ps their English is not so good.

We had been having some drainage issues with our gutters. Spoke with Garden State Roofing and chimney and just the overall positivity and information and concern given was enough to go with them. Once we got our quote it was OBVIOUS we HAD to go with them. Iâ ve only dealt with roofers once before in my life and it was a terrible experience. Definitely refreshing to know there is an amazing company that knows how to treat people and genuinely care about our needs. We will never go anywhere else again. The receptionist scheduled me for an emergency appointment with Beni and they came out that very day. My roof was repaired quickly and was very satisfied with their work and with how professional they were. Garden State Roofing & Chimney is an excellent company. My project involved replacing a 30 year old roof that was leaking during the recent heavy rain from the hurricane. The GM, Benny, and his crew fully delivered! The same day Benny reached out to me, his crew installed a temporary tarp during the rain storm. Two days later, after the rain stopped, the roof was completely replaced, which included replacing all of the plywood and the asphalt shingles, insulation, and flashing of the chimney. Since I was out of state during the project, Benny, periodically sent pics at every stage of the project, which kept me well informed and gave me a piece of mind that I hired the right company. I absolutely recommend Garden State Roofing & Chimney and, especially, the GM, Benny.

This roofing contractor was professional and did a great job installing my roof. They were very efficient and completed the job in a timely manner. The quality of their roof installation work is excellent, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.

I had Garden State Roofing and Chimney inspect my roof. After I read the estimate and contract language, compared it to the others I chose to hire them. Besi and his crew showed up on time, worked through the entire day and cleaned up better than I could have imagined. They worked for extra hours cleaning things up in order to make sure the job was "completed". It rained hard for several days following...with no leaks. Everyone was professional, the roof looks fantastic, the crew cleaned up better than I expected, and my roof held up in the heavy rains to follow...therefore they simply did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Garden State Roofing and Chimney. The entire roofing crew are fantastic. The communication is frequent and the roofing crew is hard-working. They replaced my large, complex roof, with slopes, in less than two days. The whole process was explained in detail and the day after the roof was finished the sales rep drove out on a Saturday morning to walk around the house with me and make sure I was satisfied. All debris was removed quickly.

The communication was outstanding. They started and finished on time. The owner worked with me since I was getting two roofs re-done. I am very pleased with the work.

We had the roof replaced this week and the process was seamless. Communication was easy. The entire crew that actually did the job was amazing and did the best clean up. I've walked the perimeter multiple times to look for nails, where the kids play especially, and have yet to find one! After the work was done they did photos of the roof with a drone and my son loved watching it fly around and I really appreciated that someone came by to double check the job after completion.

Wowâ ¦ The company was able to not only able to repair my roof but help me navigate the insurance process. Very professional owner, always on time, and delivered a top notch job. The attention to detail and craftsmanship on this replacement was amazing. They were able to get me worked into the schedule very fast and weâ re flexible with my hectic work schedule. I can't say enough about the level of quality and customer service. We love our new roof! We love the color ( storm grey ) all our options were discussed with us, the workers were fast, efficient, and very professional. When I realized there were some water spots forming on an area of my ceiling. I contacted them that same day and received a response scheduling a service member to dispatch within 24 hours. Besi arrived and was prompt, polite, thorough and efficient. He was able to assess the roof by accessing my attic and climbing on top of the roof to inspect. He was very knowledgeable as to the material of products used to build my house and what was causing the leak. Prices were more than fair. Should I ever need help with my roof again, they are who I will move forward with. Thank you

I do not typically write reviews unless I am thoroughly, thoroughly satisfied or, conversely, unsatisfied in the service or product. I am writing this particular review because I canâ t even remember the last time I was this happy with a service. I went online and requested a quote from well over a dozen roofing companies to replace my roof while I was overseas (I am active duty Navy). My wife had our three young children and I wouldnâ t expect her to try and handle it while I was gone. Besi sent me an email (along with the other countless companies I contacted) and came out the very next day, on his own accord. I met him outside and he prepared a VERY reasonable quote within 10-15 minutes. Besiâ s initiative to give me what I wanted without the hassle of scheduling an appointment was AWESOME! Coming back from months overseas, I had so much to do and really didnâ t want to meet with 15+ contractors. His go-getter mentality and work ethic were exactly what I needed. Long story short, I hired his company to do my roof. They tore off and replaced my entire roof in less than 3 days. Besi kept me in the loop every step of the way and even took care of the insurance aspect of it for me. I cannot say enough good things about this company and would recommend it to my own mother. Garden State Roofing and Chimney is one of the most organized and well run companies Iâ ve ever used. Besi and his team are the epitome of professionalism. Garden State Roofing and Chimney did some needed repairs on a roof of a home I bought in a timely fashion. They were easy to work with and incredibly responsive. Besi always responded immediately to any question I sent him over email or text, I was extremely impressed at how quickly he communicated with me.
