The work they did is what they were hired to do. What I really liked about Royal 1 Construction was their customer service and their communication. I was always able to talk to a person on the phone, they always gave a clear and honest answer, they were on time to the appointment. Doing a good job is only part of the package, but the difference between a good company and an excellent one is their customer Service... This i why I'm giving them 5 stars.

Called them up, came to do the estimate in about 2 hours same day, agreed on a price and got the roof repaired the following day on a Saturday! I cannot ask for better service!!!

Nice people but do not communicate with customer regarding start times. Tore 2 screens in the front of my house (which were fine prior to work) also dented and put a hole the size of quarter in gutter (which again was perfect prior to removale) When addressed to to owner I have'nt heard back assuming I wont and will have to repair at my expense. I will not use again.
