We had a great experience with Royal 1. They contacted us right away after we searched on Home Advisor (the others either did not or did not leave a voicemail so I have no way to know if they called), they scheduled a site visit quickly at our convenience and the work was scheduled and completed within a week. Would highly recommend them and would work with them again.

They were great, showed up on-time and answered my questions, cleaned up (better the second day, the first time they left a few things), and were very courteous and worked hard. Prices were on-market and they had a lot of pictures they were able to send me, too. Good job with the work and hauling away the debris.

Had an appointment to repair a leaky roof and window. Royal 1 was able to reschedule our appointment to beat the Isaias tropical storm. They fixed the roof and there were no leaks during the storm!

They completed the job

Had both asphalt front and the flat back half of a roof replaced in 2017. One year later (2018) I had a leak problem. They **forgot** to put the drip edges, reluctantly came back to fix. 3 years later, today 2020, the back roof is leaking and cracking.

Quick honest pricing, they did the work quickly. I wish they had pulled down a couple of dead vines that are near the gutter they installed, not their job but 20 seconds of their time would have made the job look nicer. I am happy with their work and would hire them again.
