Prompt and efficient

Alex and his crew did a superb job in replacing a nearly twenty-year-old roof with new top-of-the-line shingles with a thirty year warranty. I signed the contract on Thursday, supplies were delivered Friday and the crew arrived ready to start work at 8 A.M. on Saturday.

Cesar and his crew arrived promptly and worked diligently in the hot and humid weather to repair my collapsed soffit and gutter. It looks great! Now, it remains to be seen whether this repair holds through the fall hurricane season. Fingers crossed.

Hired them to repair a gutter leak. They came promptly on the scheduled date. Had the repair done but was not satisfied with the crew that came as I saw flaws in the repair and I insisted that the repair was not done properly as I still saw water coming form the gutter when it was tested. The man said it will not leak once sealed. The next day it rained and the gutter was still leaking as I told him it would. I called on the following day (Sunday) and they said they will get back to me. The following they sent out a different crew and saw that the repair was not done properly. They corrected the issue and now everything is OK.
