They did a great job! They came when they said they would and did a great job over a VERY cold couple of days. They recommended a couple of other things that I might do, which I'm thinking about, but they weren't pushy. I would absolutely hire them again.

My required job Fireplace & Chimney was performed correctly and professionally.

A piece of metal siding blew off of my house during a wind storm, and I needed someone to come out and fix it as quickly as possible. Royal1 sent out an estimator who quoted an accurate price and we scheduled the work for the following week. The arrival time of the technician got a bit delayed, however they were able to complete the work for the quoted price. I imagine I could have found a local handyman to complete this task in a slightly more cost effective way, but Royal1 was extremely professional and provided excellent customer service, letting me know when the estimator and technician and estimator were on their way and followed up with some specific questions about the job. I would definitely call them again for this type of work.

They came the same day I called and put my chimney cap on immediately. In the interim my husband of 3 months passed away suddenly and I forgot to mail in my payment they were very understanding. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone great job and compassionate. Thank you

The workmanship was horrible. They left the area dirty and did not clean after themselves. The chimney and the roof flashing were not done properly. The J channel was damaged on the vinyl siding. The whole experience was horrible. The Brickwork was off as well. The gaps between the bricks where not consistent. They didn't use the proper tools for the project.

Expensive

These guys did a great job for a very reasonable price. They showed up on time and worked for hours until everything looked perfect. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and I would definitely hire them again for future jobs.

The chimney was already clean because we do not use the fireplace at all. All I needed was a certification that it is clean to satisfy the requirement of my homeowners association. The technician charged $100 for just writing that it was clean. I thought that was too much for doing nothing.

These guys are AWESOME!! They did a thorough assessment of the worked needed and gave a clear and easy to understand estimate in writing. They we're reasonably priced and did the work quickly and on short notice! They answered all of my questions, even a few weeks after the job was completed. They gave a follow up visit to address one of my questions and even used Facetime in the evening to accommodate my schedule to make sure I was comfortable everything and things are working correctly.
