Description of Work: Pride replaced our concrete sidewalk and curd. It turned out excellent we have never had better service from a contractor.

Description of Work: I had pride custom concrete remove and replace the concrete around my swimming pool.

Description of Work: They took a large deposit in the beginning and they were on site off and on for about 6 months before they left never completing the project. They never advised when they would or would not show up to work. It was a constant frustrating guessing game. They remain unresponsive and have ignored my attempts to give them a chance to correct the problems. They defectively installed a paver patio segmented block wall and steps and caused property damage. They haven't as of yet stood behind their work. I have written them numerous times since discovering the problems and they just ignore my letters. Just last week they refused to accept a certified letter sent through the United States Postal Service. I wish they would show a little pride and attempt to rectify the situation. Angie's list requested my input today.

Description of Work: Added concrete to my driveway to make it larger to provide additional parking spaces. Also added underground pop-up drains to two downspouts that would have been draining directly onto the new concrete. The job went well and I would recommend Pride Custom Concrete.

Description of Work: I had a problem with my garage door and he repaved my apron. I also had a major drainage problem whenever we had heavy rain. He poured me a patio with a low tapered wall around it, now I don't have to worry about using my sump pump.

Description of Work: Hired Pride to replace concrete around pool deck and patio. Stamped concrete on patio and stained concrete around pool deck. We had a pad that was cracked after day 1, he tried to repair it, but it did not blend. Couldn't do anything about it. Color was not even close to the color we selected, but we just left it. The stamped area was so slippery when wet, that we could not even use it. I called the manufacturer of the product used, Stampcrete, and they informed me that there is a sand additive that should have been used to prevent this. This wasn't even discussed or brought to our attention. While working on the patio, the owner offered to repave our driveway at a reduced price since it was in bad shape. He was hoping that some of our neighbors would see it and that he would get some business from it along with his sign on our lawn. After 1 year we have areas and patches that are crumbling. The owner was supposed to replace our pool liner, but it seems that his partner, the one that actually did the pool work, fell off the face of the earth. He kept blowing us off with a time frame to get the work completed. We finally hired another company to do our pool liner. We also hired another company to come in and refinish the stamped area so that it is no longer slippery. I would not recommend this company.
