Installed cabinets, cabinet organizers and counter in kitchen, grab bars in two bathrooms, closet organizer system, painted, hung drapery rods, removed paneling and installed drywall in family room. Did several other small jobs. Work was excellent, men were courteous and tidy. We were very happy with the work done.
Description of Work: we bought a new home and needed some upgrades

Description of Work: We installed a FlowWall garage wall railing and cabinet system together. It takes two installers as a lot of the cabinetry and railings are bulky.

Description of Work: Leo was hired as a property manager for my daughter's rental property. After one tenant moved out Leo freshened up the paint on the doorways, put a new garage door opener in, supervised the installation of a dishwasher that the prior tenant had broken. He did some repairs to the basement ceiling. Along with the Realtor, Leo brought the alarm systems up to code for the occupancy permit process.

+ -1 moreLeo Szczepkowicz came recommended to us. He is reliable. He will always be there when he says he will; which I think is important. He charges you what he estimates. He will always provide you with an estimate. The work he does is good. When he was doing the work my neighbor was watching. He said that when he was doing the work he would step back and look at his work to make sure he wasn't missing something, and then go back to working again. He is probably a little pricey.
Description of Work: I hired Leo Szczepkowicz to build a custom screen door for the porch, fix Wood Pecker holes in the front of the house, and replace a pane of glass on the window.
