+ 2 moreWe?ve been dealing with them for many years, approximately five years. He?s able to drop his landscaping price down a little bit so that we can stay with him. He drops his price just under the price of another vendor so that we can keep the contract. They are cost effective and they are very responsive. You give them a call and they are here within a couple of hours. They are able to do other work besides landscaping. They do minor work on the building for us. They respond to plumbing issues and the tenants really like them. They have a good rapport with the tenants, just good friends. They are one of those companies that you would keep going back to because they always give you the work that you desire at a good price. They will respond in few hours. They keep our tenants happy which in turn keeps us happy. I would use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Excell Maintenance Services Inc for landscaping maintenance and minor building repairs. They do plumbing work, minor electrical work and lighting problems with regard to parking lot lights. They respond to mechanical issues of the building. They do snow removal for us. They came out today to do my work.
