Artisan Concrete Specialist

Went very well. Because of weather, job had to be postponed a couple of times, but I was promptly notified and given the next date. On the appointed date, was called to let me know their arrival time. Quality of the work is excellent, and I will use this company again when I need this service. I was so pleased that have referred them to a friend for the same type service.

As soon as we called to request an appointment, we knew we contacted the right place. Beth was nice enough to get us an appointment the same day that we called. When the estimator came out, he was honest and extremely knowledgeable. When it came time to install, Artisan did whatever they could to fit us into their schedule as we had other projects that needed to get done as soon as they were done. They started demo on a Tuesday and someone was literally out there every day for a whole week doing work .. even on a Sunday morning. Any time we communicated with the team, they were polite and seemed like they cared about what they were doing. Atila, one of the owners always made sure he stayed in communication with us throughout the entire process. He knew what a terrible experience we had before with our patio and he did his best to make sure we felt comfortable with him and his team and he assured us that we were in good hands. Every time I got home after I knew they were going to be working out back, I couldn't wait to see all they were doing. Each time I was just so impressed by the quality and speed. I just can't say enough. Thank you so much for all of your effort to ensure we had a beautiful outdoor space to use year round. We will be recommending Artisan Concrete to everyone that we know! We look forward to working with them again!

Everything is going wonderfully. He's turned my driveway into an entertainment area and it is just beautiful. Very pleased with his work and I would recommend to everyone. He is straight forward and honest. Nothing but a pleasure having him here.

Within 15 minutes of contracting the work via Angies list I got a phone call to confirm the work. The estimator came out a couple days later to look at the job and inquired about the reasoning. We agreed that job needed some additional work (footers) which was quoted the same day at a very reasonable rate. Although the weather stayed cold for so long Artisan took the first opportunity and came out more than 2 weeks ahead of time. Job was carried out in a very professional manner, excellent quality and the crew left the site almost spotless. That was a very pleasant experience!

They came out to do an estimate and it was over $2600. I have decided to get a refund as the price was too high.

Estimate was too high for me at this time, through no fault of the company, I just wasn't expecting it to be such a big project. It sounds like they are a great company and I was pleased with the estimate experience. I hope to hire them in the future to complete the project.

The patio came out great, looks very good. They were very communicative about when they would start and how long I should expect the job to take. The job was done on time, with the last step being the sealing of the concrete. Unfortunately an unexpected shower came up less then an half hour after they had left. Before I had a chance to call them that some of the sealant had been washed away from the rain they called me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job. When I mentioned the problem with the rain they returned on the next nice day to reseal the concrete. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend them.

They were OK, they just explained to me that they couldn't perform the work that I needed.

It went great! Artisan concrete was able to accommodate our tight deadline for an estimate, which involved coming to the job site then pricing labor and outsourced materials. From the start they were very easy to deal with and we felt that we important as customers/ potential customers to them. The entire experience was great! From the beginning with excellent customer service to outstanding workmanship by professionals! Atila was very knowledgeable about the project and professional and used the best materials for our job. We are extremely happy with our egress and would highly recommend Artisan concrete!

looks better than I wanted it. walkway looks like real stone and the colors are very true to life.

The overall experience was great. They were very friendly and informative. Always calling to check in. We love the new look, looks like expensive stone/slate. Gives our entrance a whole new feel.

I wanted to polish the cement floor in my enclosed porch. Size about 23ft x 13ft. Too much money for a small area.

On time, people are professional politely and clean. I'm Glad that I chose the big deal, it was a great savings. I knew that I wanted some thing more than just the big deal so I was prepared to pay extra. I truly got my moneys worth

Attila and his crew did an excellent job for us from the estimate to the finished product. We look forward to using our beautiful patio next Spring/Summer/Fall. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for concrete work.

I sent them an email and they responded the next day bright and early. Beth called and set me up with someone to come give me a quote. Beth was wonderful and we have corresponded by email a few times. I found their quote to be reasonable and the person who came was punctual and seemed to know his stuff. He came up with a solution on the spot for some drainage issues I have. I received a quote very quickly. I ended up not being able to have the work done this fall but hopefully next spring!

I received several quotes but I couldn't get anybody to provide me with a referral. That's when I decided to join Angie's list to do the work for me. Based on the reviews of Artisan Concrete Specialist I decided to go with them. They were definitely priced on the higher side but I don't mind paying more for quality work. They were perfectionists. They got back to me right away & kept me posted on the status of the project the entire time. Atila couldn't be a nicer guy. He really takes pride in his work. The job has been completed for several weeks & we have received numerous compliments on our new driveway from friends & neighbors. I am very satisfied & would use them again in the future.

Atila and his crew were all great. very polite and courteous and professional. I used Atilla's services 7 years ago and was able to find him for this project. They dug up the dirt hill to install the retainer bricks, jack hammered the existing aprons and remocved all debris from all of the sites. I waited over 12 years for this project and they finished it in 4 days. I watched as they dug by hand, loaded the debri by hand and disposed of it all. The wall fits in well with my pillars of mountain stone on the front of the garage. I wass't sure that processed blocks would work. Atilla helped me choose the correct colors for the WOW factor. My father started 3 pillars using mountain stone on the front of our garage and passed away before he finished the work and didn't show my husband how to finish it. Atilla's father did a great job fitting the rest of our stone in place my father would have approved of the job. I have already asked Atilla to look at putting in a patio for me next year using stamped concrete. I can't wait to get him back here for this project.

Everything went well. We had some scheduling difficulties due to weather, but they made up for the inconvenience and the work was completed in a timely manner. Atila is very knowledgeable and made helpful suggestions throughout the project. In the end, our expectations were exceeded for price and quality. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

It went well the job took a little longer than expected and the quality was a little off. I attribute that partly to the weather. It rained a better part of the two weeks it took to finish the project. I believe with better weather it would of been complete within a week. There were some issues which were addressed immediately and fixed after the job was completed. Atilla and his company are a class business and I would recommend them to my family. Thanks Guys!!!!

After delays due to weather and availability, all went well. All workers were on time to start project which extended over 5 days within a 2 week period or so. The work area was completely cleaned up and no damage was done to driveway or walkways. I was very happy with the result and would recommend the provider to all needing concrete work.

They were good. They were here on time. They kept their standard work. They did a beautiful job. They listens to us on what we asked for. They gave us what we wanted. They were not cheap.

Atila and his team were great to work with from the first meeting. On time, timely estimate, great price. He was present and working with his team just about all the time. This was a huge job. It was completed from first excavation to final finishing touches in 8 work days and if I recall there was some off time due to rain. Atila did a great job grading driveway and patio away from the house. This company does not see obstacles, they see resolutions. Most of the concrete work was regular concrete, except for the patio. That is stamped concrete and Atila et el used perfect blending colors and finishing. We love it!!! He is very creative, with a great eye to design. We have gotten so many compliments on all the work. His attention to detail, fine finishing, clean-up and can-do work ethic is much appreciate by this home owner. And in case anyone is wondering, no, we had no relationship with this company or any of its workers prior to this job.

He did a great job! He kept to his schedule, was here on time, didn’t jack the price up, and knew exactly what he was doing. He is easy to work with and is very intelligent. He will bring a number of examples of what he has done as well as other patterns, colors, and styles of what he can do as well. There were a couple of minor things he said he would finish, but they took him a longer time to finish as they were not vital parts of the job. It looks very good and we get comments on it from total strangers.

Overall went very smoothly. Atila listened to what we needed and was quick to remedy the situation. A different concrete contractor did our job of a stamped concrete and colored concrete in our yard and around our pool. The first time we went out to use our pool Memorial Day weekend, we realized everything was slippery, and an accident waiting to happen. Apparently he did not use sand and the correct sealer when he did the job. Atila was referred to us from a friend that had recently used him. Her pool area is perfect and not slippery at all. Atila repaired the job for us, scheduled us in at a very busy time for him knowing that we wanted to use our pool. He was very accomodating and neat while working. He even skimmed my pool when he was done. I will use him in the future and refer him to all my friends.
