John is great. He called me the same day I entered my information on Home Advisor and he came out the next morning for the repair, and reinstalled the window with the new glass that afternoon. Window MD was excellent. One can't expect anything better. John arrived and fixed my broken old window with skill and craftmanship.

John was first rate. He explained to me various options for the repair and then executed using his talent as a superior craftsmen. He was neat, clean, and precise left me with a very nice result on a mess window repair. He is a nice combination of pleasant, nice and skilled.

Was quick and communicated well. I called on Saturday and John fixed the window on Monday afternoon. Five stars was well deserved.

On top of that he has an extraordinary work ethic and amazingly, he reduced our fee at the end because “The job went faster than I thought it would”. Now how honest is that??? He saved us over $10,000 on a huge picture window! Without having to remove the entire picture window unit, he decided to try to fix the water rot and broken crank on the one damaged wooden window frame using a very creative methods and by golly it worked! John was easy to work with and everything you’d want in someone you hired. His price was much more than fair and honest. We ended up giving John a $100 tip. That’s how satisfied we are. I had a broken picture window and had received an estimate from another company that said in addition to the picture window the 2 side windows would also have to be replaced since they were part of 1 unit. In an effort to get a second opinion I was in contact with Angi/Home Advisor who connected me with John of Window MD and I'm very glad they did. John showed up the same day to give his estimate and explained how that even though the 3 windows were part of 1 unit the picture window alone could be replaced and at well less than a third of the cost of the other company. As soon as the new window was ready he put it in and I'm very happy with the work done. The next time I need a window repaired my first call will be to John and would highly recommend him to anyone else needing window repairs.

He was the first one to call was here within a half hour and replaced my window within four hours we were so happy with this. I also felt the price was extremely reasonable

We needed a cloudy window repaired quickly before closing on our house. John picked up the window, repaired and returned it the next day. His pricing was great and gave us a 5 year warranty on the repair. John is punctual, responsive and does great work. We already called him back for another job. This time the windows were beyond repair but John answered all our questions and gave us a recommendation for a place for new windows. He went out of his way to steer us in the right direction even when he didn't have to. I wish all contractors were like this.

I wish all service companies were this good. So professional! On time and clean! I live in Florida and own properties in Bergen County. I have no time for rookies. I come up to NJ 6 times a year and need to be productive. They fixed my windows and screens. I now have them coming back to another building to do the same. They are truly professional.
