John worked to replace a window that seemed to have cracked because of pressure applied to the glass (expanding/contracting maybe, no direct hit to the glass itself). He explained the process and the timeline and worked to follow it as close as possible. Would use his services again if I need work on glass/windows.

Honest organized would use them again.

John was fantastic! We thought we would have to pay thousands of dollars to replace our casement windows with cracks. John talked me through the entire process of repairing the window. Service was super fast. He came in the morning and removed the two panes and was back to install them at 5PM! And it only took about 10 minutes per window.
