Can't get them to call me back to get a price on a new roof.

We interviewed a number of contractors for the recent replacement of our roof and gutters. Obviously price was a concern, but it was also important to have confidence in the company's ability to get the job done. Tim from O'Keefe Family Contracting instilled that right from the start. We were also pleasantly surprised in our initial conversation with Tim to find out that he had done the roof across the street last year, which we had admired not only for it's aesthetics, but also the competency with which the work was performed . Tim's initial estimate exceptionally reasonable and came with a solid warranty, and any extras that we requested (6and quot; gutters, gutter guards, etc) were also very fairly priced. Tim also responded promptly to any inquiries from us, whether by phone, text or email. He also alerted us to a potential hazard on our roof where the cable wiring had been improperly run, which not only could compromise the integrity of the roof but was also clearly a safety issue. Despite being in a field where weather can play havoc with schedules, Tim and his crew were able to start the job promptly on Monday morning. By the time my husband and I arrived home Monday afternoon, we had a beautiful new roof on our house, as well as on our shed. Tim and his crew had also done a terrific job of cleaning up all the mess that comes with the tearing down of the old roof and installation of the new one. Despite less than perfect weather the next day, they came back and installed our new gutters and gutter guards, again with the same expertise and professionalism that they had displayed in replacing our roof the day before. We are extremely pleased with the job done by O'Keefe Family Contracting and recommend them very highly. We have already contacted Tim regarding the upcoming remodeling of our bathroom and look forward to using them again in the near future!

The job went very smooth, it was completed on time and Tim and his crew were careful about putting down tarps around the house to catch any falling debris. When they were done they did a great job of cleaning up. Also since I have a satellite receiver on the roof that had to be removed they made sure that my TV reception was was working before they left. From start to finish I was very happy with how everything went and would recommend them to anyone.
