Amazing service great focus on detail

He had great reviews and that is why I hired him. He lost my floor plan design and made one up that was way off from my idea. It is beyond upsetting. He said he would call me back and did not. He took my money. I am still waiting to here from him. I am not happy with my results. I do not think I will be hiring anyone HomeAdvisor recommends, ever.
