+ 0 moreLeft a message via this website on Sept 7th asking for an estimate and I was never contacted. I don't think waiting 4 weeks was unreasonable to expect a response. I know I won't be hiring this company, unless of course there are extenuating circumstances why they failed to respond. But from what I see I don't think so.

Description of Work: We used Eric. They completely did our bathroom over. They took the tub out and put a shower in from the floor to mend the gap. They put in tile flooring, new sink, and new toilet.

+ -1 moreIn order to replace the facet Eric had to cut the tiles and custom wall made from steel mesh and concrete. He did not know about this wall when he quoted the job, but the price increase was reasonable. Overall he was punctual, efficient and professional.

His pricing was the closest to what I was willing to spend, I felt that his professionalism was what I was looking for and being in the plumbing and heating buisness for many years...I was sure the job would be done well. Start to finish, it took a little over a month to totally complete with tileing,custom woodworking, inspections, etc.I couldn't be more pleased. It is not only beautiful but extreamly functional and easy to care for.
Description of Work: Bathroom renovation was a complete gutting, redesign and rebuilding. The job was done extremely well for a very reasonable price and in a timely manner with as little disruption to the family as possible considering the amount of work that needed to be done. Dust was kept to a minimum and protective cloth was put down on the rug to protect it. Eric Braun is a very professional plumbing and heating professional. So are his fellow contractors that worked with him. I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone who sees the new bathroom is amazed at how beautiful and functional it is..

+ -1 moreI FOUND OUT ABOUT THE COMPANY FROM A NEIGHBOR. WHEN THE COMPANY CAME INTO MY HOUSE THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING THAT THEY MESSED UP FOR EXAMPLE THEY CLEANED THE WATER UP THAT WENT ON THE FLOOR.
