+ 2 more100% perfect. Zero hiccups. Brett did explain that the initial quote can go up if he runs into any surprises. Which he did, as the rear support of the house was disintegrated. He explained what it would take and how much etc.. to continue. Quality of work is top shelf. No stone left to question. Completely professional and always clean.
Description of Work: We had some water damage to the frame of the house. So he had to completely remove the standing deck, remove the entire rear of the house, rebuild the outside wall and frame. Dig new foot holds for deck, completely rebuild deck using Trex for the floor. Remove and install 2 exterior doors. Install 5 new casement windows.

+ 0 moreBrett did an excellent job. We could not have been more pleased. Additionally, he was immaculate. Cleanup was perfect. Subsequently, we hired him a second time to conceal pipes and drain behind washer & dryer. Again.....perfection. Wish more workers were as conscientious as he. Additionally, he WILL return your calls.
Description of Work: Removed 8x4 ft. of wall. Had to build wall out so plumbing from other side could run through wall easily. Reinstalled and created a shelf where wall was formerly flat.

When we call him with questions, give us an estimate or to schedule work to be done, he immediately returns our calls. My husband and I have had nothing but positive things to say about Brett Leonardo. We will continue to employ him in the future and would recommend him to anyone needing his services.
Description of Work: This time Brett installed a storm door. He repaired the door frame and made certain the fit was tight. The door and frame look beautiful. His clean-up and workmanship was meticulous. Brett has done everything for us from fixing a window frame damaged by a storm to retiling and modernizing our master shower.

Description of Work: Brett has done a few jobs in our home - remodeling a bathroom, a kitchen, rebuilding our deck. He is a consummate professional, very responsive, honest, trustworthy and a perfectionist. His work is superior. He may be a little more than others in price, but he's worth every penny. Also, he's an all-around nice guy who is always pleasant to have around!
