Rosen group is an outstanding architect - great ideas and guidance.

Tom is head of design at the Rosen Group and I have worked with him on other projects. Knowing that he specializes in historic preservation, I called him for help on my old, but not necessarily, historic home. He visited, walked through the house and reimagined how it could be used. Tom also was very sensitive to the fact that this was a second home and therefore was sensitive to making too many expensive changes. He delivered plans that were inspiring and put together a presentation for the historic preservation commission that won immediate approval, even for the outdoor shower for which approvals are very hard to come by. Tom is a pleasure to work with. If there were one thing I would want to do differently, it would have been to have the process go more quickly; but I think using the services of an architect takes time.
