I hired Pascale Plumbing to replace valves, fix a tub spout and replace a portion of my old sewer pipe. The price was very reasonable and they did an exceptional job. I would hire them again In a minute!

Ken worked very hard to clear the clog in the sewer line. I am very happy to be able to wash my dishes in my sink again

I called Cheap Charlies to have tree branches trimmed over my driveway in February. I asked them if they would have the proper equipment to get high up, they assured me that they have a bucket truck to reach the high branches. When the guys showed up, they they wanted to only cut a few branches immediately over the driveway, i called Jimmy and asked them to do more. I gave them another $200 to trim a few additional branches. They did not show up with the proper equipment and were not able to get high up above the driveway. After about 6 calls, I speak ti Jimmy again. He promised that he would send the crew back to correct the job, but it is July now and no one has come. I am very disappointed in the service that I received. Cheap Charlies does not stand behind their work. so going forward I will not use them and will not recommend them. Unfortunately, you pay for what you get and with a name like Cheap Charlies, you will also get Cheap service.

They called when they said they would, they arrived when they said they would, most importantly, they fixed the problem for the quoted price and cleaned up before leaving. I was impressed enough to request another service to be done this coming week.

The guy was not timely- hours late. No one ever called to offer an excuse or offer an update. They're just unprofessional. Not what I expected from this site.

I initially had a bad experience with the technician Michael who was unprofessional. He was very late with the appointment, didn't even bother to call. He did the work installment due to lack of tools and poor planning. Went to buy pipe without measuring the length he needed then called me and ask to measure it for him. He later attempted to charge me extra $200 for wanting to pay by credit card. The owner at the end came to finish the job when I didn't want the technician to finish the job.
