"They took 9 hours to install the storm door, it was the wrong size, so they nailed up boards instead of replacing the frame, they did not put on a chain, so it flaps in the wind the piston was put on the top instead of the middle and the handle does not line up so it pops open and is impossible to lock also the bottom scraps and the window part raddles and it slams because they broke the piston they installed 4 doors that day one fell off another one only has a nail instead of a handle and one is worst than mine. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CONTRACTORS."

"I hired Gavin to install an over the counter microwave 2 1/2 months ago. He did not vent it correctly and it now vents to the inside. When I asked him to come back and fix it, he wanted $500 more to do other odd jobs around the house but never came back to fix the microwave. After I left a review about my experience, he reached out to me immediately and committed to completing the project. That was over two weeks ago and he has yet to come back. By this point I've waited nearly 3 months and it's clear he has no intention of ever completing the project. Only hire Gavin if you want a half-finished job and no guarantee it'll ever be completed."

If you’re replacing an interior door, it’s best to get the work done in the summer or winter, as door installation professionals are the least busy during these seasons and might charge lower labor costs based on the decreased demand.
