+ 0 moreWe called because the motor had gone and we had no heat. Andy responded immediately and diagnosed the program. As soon as the part was available he came back to replace it. Everything was well done at a reasonable rate and he saved the day!

Description of Work: Amazing. Andy was at a house to check the water volume & pressure for me. Pressure coming in was fine however the volume was low. He checked to be sure it wasn't the meter. After that inspection it appeared there might be a leak in the line outside. We were just about to change the water line from the street to the house. Over the weekend Andy was thinking of the house and decided to check one more thing Monday AM. It appeared the water had been turned off at the street, but not completely. It caused the low water volume. Had he not thought to check that my client would be spending lots of money to fix a problem that did not exist. Thank you Andy and Andrew Diorio Plumbing.

Description of Work: I've had the Diorio's come a few times now. About a year ago they fixed something in my basement and charged me a very reasonable amount for the fix. This year, they've come a few times to do a small adjustment and either don't take anything or just charge me a minimal amount. They are around for long term relationships. The last time I had them over, he took a look at a pump in my basement, fixed a loose toilet seat for me and then said don't worry about it. This is the plumber I would recommend first to anyone.

Description of Work: I have used Andrew/Brian (his son) on 2-3 different occassions. The best part about them is they always fix the cause of the problem and not just the symptom. Extrememly happy with their work. Will continue to use them. A friend, to whom I'd suggested Andrew gave him the Thumbs Up too; said he actually saved her hundreds of dollars!

+ 0 moreThe new shower heads and valve trims were diffucult to find because the plumbing valves already in the wall were Grohe (10 years old)and the company offered only 1 set of trims that fit those valves. Mr. Diorio did some of the research and then left it to me to order and purchase the exact items. I also ordered and picked up the garbage disposal and the other faucet/ drain assemblies and faucet parts (cartridges) that were needed. He did not do any of the purchasing of major parts, which I think was to save him time and us money. He was very easy to talk to and work with and did a very nice job for us.
Description of Work: Mr. Diorio installed a new garbage disposal, new sink faucets, new MB shower heads, valve trims, hand-held shower, repaired a leaking drain line, repaired a broken vent stack, and serviced our boiler and hot water lines for baseboard heating.

+ 0 moreAndy and his son arrived promptly. They asked to see all of the areas of the house where the plumbing problems were located. Once he assessed the situation, he then prioritized the work, he did some of the work and his son did the others. He gave us a report on each situation and showed us how he had repaired the issues. At the very end, I remembered one other problem, he took a look at it and decided that it would not be a quick "fix and would be best for another day. We asked him if he serviced boilers and he does, so he will be our plumber to monitor our heating system as well. Andy and his son were at our house for two hours. They were very professional and were able to fix two problems that other plumbers had not been able to repair! My neighbor used him as well and she was very happy too!
Description of Work: He changed an outdoor faucet, tub drain, sink drain, and water shut off for an outdoor faucet.
