PAUL ZUDER PLUMBING & HEATING INC

I bought a house in September. A new furnace was put in by Paul Zuder. This past March it started leaking from one of the connector pipes. Although I have a trusted plumber, I called Paul Zuder who did the install because it was about 6 months old and the install should not have had any leaks at this time. Paul came to the house and told me he was going to get back to me the following week when he could come out to fix it. I never heard from him. I finally called him and he told me he was going to bill me for the repairs. I explained that reputable plumbers guarantee their work for a year. He told me he doesn't guarantee his work or transfer any guarantees to new owners. I was out of luck and should find another plumber. I would not recommend using Paul Zuder because he's unprofessional and his work is poor quality. You will end of paying double the amount since you'll have to hire another plumber to get the job done right.

I have a 90 year old home which has many problems. The good thing is that after they did that job for me, I have not had any problems with any pipes. Our contact for the company is Paul Sueer. The problem I had was under a home warranty plan so I did not get charged a whole lot. The job was great and the results are great too.
