Great job! It went smooth, BDP is extremely efficient, honest and perform outstanding work. Dominick Bianco the owner and Thorne Little are amazing not only in there professionalism but also in the details. They made sure we were back in our home the same night and made sure they cleaned as best as possible knowing we have two small kids. I will recommend BDP Plumbing to everyone I know.

Excellent. The day after the repair was a minor problem and they were out to fix it immediately and after hours! They stand behind their work. It was a difficult job and was completed professionally. I'm sure the price was fair but I'm cheap ;)

They left the area very clean, all clean.

Greg came and gave me the different options from which to choose, to solve my problem. He tried each option diligently and was nothing but professional throughout, explaining everything as he went along. These are the plumbers you want to take care of all your plumbing needs. I will be calling Greg back for service on my boiler, and every year from now on.

I called BDP Plumbing and ask them to sent someone to repair the floating switch. The lady on the phone said OK and confirmed that the technician they are sending have the parts ready to fix the floating switch. So the technician came, checked the system, and said he can not fix the floating switch, but he can only replace the whole unit. The cost is $418. He also told me he has never repaired the floating switch. If I had time, I would have spend $30 to buy the parts and repair it myself. But I don't. So I decided to replace the unit. Bad product. Bad experience. Not going to use them again.

had them come on 2/17 to replace a kitchen faucet. This cost me $517.00. Last night the faucet pouring out water in the cabinet. I had them out this morning and they charged me $125.00 for an issue that they caused on 2/17. It is not a faulty faucet, it was faulty install . They didn't tighten a part, thus the leak. They refuse to honor their week. I spoke to the office manager and she refused to admit to the faulty install... I have cut ties.

The technician was professional, friendly, and easy to speak with. Based on my experience, I would definitely call them again.

I should have been a plumber. Two hours work and $800 later. After speaking with other plumbers it seems I was overcharged. My bad for accepting the estimate.

I called BDP. A technician called me back within a few minutes. He asked if I needed them to come right away and I said no. Instead, I turned off the water main on my house. Took picture of water heater and sent it to BDP. And then wet vacuumed out the area. The next morning BDP came. They were wearing booties to keep my house clean. They removed the old hot water heater and installed a new on. Quick, easy and professional. And the price was very fair.

Wonderful! They were in and out in 30 minutes and the leak was fixed! They made no mess and were courteous to boot! I will refer them out to friends.

Chris did a great job, polite, informative, clean and efficient. He explained what needed to get done, gave us a reasonable quote and even got Roxbury Water Co to come down and shut the water off without delay. He had to cut pipe, install new valves, replace corroded parts. Made the cost more palatable with the $30 Angie's list coupon. Will definitely use them again. Very happy with the results.

They were here when they said they'd be here. Very professional, they explained everything to me as well. I certainly enjoyed this service and they said to give them a call if anything else occurred.

The water in my toilet stopped flushing properly. I tried several attempts on my own with a plunger but that didn't solve my problem. I called BDP Plumbing and they came the same day. The plumber snaked the toilet and all was good. But what a ripoff. No parts were replaced. The plumber snaked the drain 3 times and had the nerve to charge me $167 for less than a half hour. And that was with the $30 Angie's List coupon. No way! I will not call them again.

Went well. Decided to buy up to one of their maintenance packages When we had emergency hot water tank failure on a Thursday they didn't respond to three requests for calls back to simply say if they were available or not. Receptionist didn't know anything about maintenance contract. Ended up getting a new Hw heater from someone else because these guys could only promise several days later for fixing a hot water heater. I emailed the owner from his website laying out dates times etc of my calls and issues. No response.

They are a great plumber. I didn't find them on Angie's List. We have well water so the water comes in and it's pretty acidic so they put in this tank that changes the PH of the water. It's not a softener.

I found a great plumber after all these years. I used BDP Plumbing & Heating. It was probably a $120 or something like that. It's been great. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Thorne came out and did some troubleshooting to figure out why hot water wasn't staying in the shower. He replaced the shower cartridge and the boiler mixing valve. This didn't fix the problem but then the owner Dominick came out and found that there was a flow problem that could be adjusted. Now the shower works well. Both guys were very nice. I would use them again.
