Description of Work: Repaired a burst pipe. Used copper pipe to match existing pipe. He was so nice and professional. Prices are good for plumbing. Our situation was an emergency so there was a fee for that. But completley reasonable. Great company. Will use them for future needs.

Description of Work: Replaced part on high-efficiency wall mount furnace. Of the 14 plumbers I called, he was one of only two that was familiar with my furnace. In fact, after his adjustments the furnace is performing better than it did when it was installed originally.

Description of Work: This call was for the replacement of a Moen shower faucet cartridge. I had the part. It was sent to me by Moen. It took less than 2 hours in and out to do the job. That comes to $150 an hour for labor. I supplied the parts. I would have expected a routine call like this to go fro $100 to $150.

Description of Work: They replaced a kitchen faucet and the strainer in the kitchen sink. Andy was late because a prior job ran late but they called to let me know. He was very personable and explained what needed to be done. We had purchased the faucet beforehand so I thought the price was a bit high. The strainer was a surprise but it was obvious, even to me, that it was the cause of the leak under the sink and so needed to be replaced. I was glad Andy was able to take care of it right away.

Description of Work: They replaced my water heater as my old water heaters elements were shot and it had started to rust out at the bottom. The guy was a little pushy about putting a new water heater in instead of replacing the elements. In the end I did agree to put a new water heater in as it made the most sense in the long run.
