Appointments can be made through the office directly during the hours of 8AM-4:00PM Monday through Friday. Weekend and evening appointments are not taken, however our answering service is available 24/7 for any emergency calls. They're very good.
Description of Work: I use BDP Plumbing & Heating for water heater services. They fixed a valve on our water tank, we have a pump system and we have a well and the valve on the holding tank was broken. It was very good because they could have said anything bout the leak they could have come you know I might have needed a whole new tank.

Description of Work: Installed a new toilet and removed the old one. Installer seemed very adept and informative. The model number was about 2 or 3 years old but it looks nice and works well. The assistants were polite and friendly.

Description of Work: they installed an anode rod in my 6 year old hot water heater. Great job! The existing anode rod was totally done, and the new one we purchased from them enabled us to continue to safely use our hot water heater (will likely get another 6 years our of water heater) and the sulfur smell was instantly eliminated too.

Description of Work: Called to fix a leaking shower. It started leaking again that same day. Called another plumber and one week later, there was no sign of any leaking from the shower head. I also find the price for the service performed to be too expensive.

Work was done expediently. At first they quoted me over $400 citing the chart in their book, but eventually they took down the price to about $325 plus tax. They did throw in a new thermostat for me, as a bonus. I have them scheduled to do work on a different house now. Stay tuned! DO negotiate price down!
Description of Work: Plumber determined why heat would not shut off (unless shut-off emergency switch was used) to be a faulty zone valve motor and replaced same.

The plumber showed up, looked at the problem and gave me a quote. I said it was too much so he knocked $50 off. I still felt it was too much, however if no work was performed it would cost $55.00. So I did it anyway figuring it was better than getting someone new who may charge only slightly less and it would be fair if he cleared the drain like he said. It took one hour from the time he arrived until the job was finished and he didn't clear the drain. I feel I overpaid.
Description of Work: Changed a shower cartridge for a Delta faucet. It took one hour including travel time to purchase materials. He cleaned up after himself, but left a little mess. He claimed he would fix the faucet and clear a drain for the price quoted. Then when finished claimed the faucet would be too difficult and wouldn't do it. Also, he said the part was $100, but when I looked it up online it could be purchased for $49.95

ALL CUSTOMERS ARE GIVEN A PRICE WHICH NEEDS TO BE APPROVED BEFORE ANY WORK CAN BEGIN. THIS GIVES THE CUSTOMER THE OPPORTUNITY TO EITHER HAVE US PROCEED WITH THE WORK OR DECLINE HAVING THE WORK DONE. BASED ON THE TRACKING IN OUR TRUCKS, OUR TECHNICIAN ARRIVED AT 12:23 AND COMPLETED THE JOB AT 1:43 WHICH WAS APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES. DUE TO MANUFACTURER QUALITY, WE DO NOT PURCHASE OUR MATERIAL OVER THE INTERNET OR FROM HOME IMPROVEMENT STORES, IT IS PURCHASED FROM FULLY MAINTAINED PLUMBING SUPPLY HOUSES - SO THE PRICING WILL BE DIFFERENT THAN ON-LINE SHOPPING. AFTER REVIEW OF THE INVOICE, THE LINE ITEM TO CLEAR THE DRAIN WAS NOT APPROVED SO THE JOB WAS ONLY APPROVED TO DO THE FAUCET WHICH THE TECHNICIAN COMPLETED. OUR TECHNICIANS BASE THEIR PRICING ON BOOKS THAT ARE PREPRINTED AND PLACED IN THE VEHICLES. THE PRICING IN THE BOOKS IS BASED ON THE OVERHEAD IT TAKES TO RUN THE BUSINESS. SOME OF THIS OVERHEAD INCLUDES SALARIES, WORKERS COMP AND LIABILITY INSURANCE, TRAININGS, LICENSING, FULLY STOCKED TRUCKS, MEDICAL INSURANCE, WAREHOUSE SPACE, EQUIPMENT, VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR AND MORE. Overall it went very well. I would recommend this service provider and I plan to use them again when I need a plumber.
Description of Work: Fixed a Moen lavatory faucet; replaced an outside spigot; rebuilt a outside water dispenser for my wife's backyard watering hoses; purchased service agreement ($195) included in above price. The estimator was on time and very knowledgeable. They wore "booties" while inside my home. When the time came for performing their service they were on time. Parts were of top quality. I will be using them again when I need a plumber.

W.C. Diamond Plumbing & Heating is a good, reliable plumbing company. They came when they said they would and got the work done very quickly. We will be using them again in the future. The work was good quality and the price was very fair.
Description of Work: They installed a 50 gallon gas water heater. They removed the old one prior to installing the new one. They also replaced our sewage pump.
