BDP Plumbing & Heating

I have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. They arrived, on time, the next morning after I called them (it was late afternoon when I called). The gentleman who came was extremely nice and cleaned up after himself. He was a pleasure to deal with. As an aside, I received an actual "Thank You" note from the company a few weeks later. Very nice touch!

I spent $750 on the job. I had water leaking from the hot water tank. So, they replaced the water tank for me. The old water tank was under warranty. I had to pay for the labor and installation. It was way more expensive than I thought it was going to be. I felt that they were professional. I also felt that they were prompt in getting back to me. I had placed a few phone calls that day as it was an emergency. I thought the guy was friendly. I think that they did a good job, but there were a few things that I did not like about them. They did not tell me the price before the service. I had in my mind an amount that the work was going to cost me. I felt that their price was really high. It was way more than what I had expected. I ended up talking to the owner afterwards about the price. I think they usually tell the customers about the price beforehand, but for some reason the guy did not tell me about it. The quality of their work was good, though. The punctuality was not good as he came 45 minutes late. I would probably use them again in the future.

Very well. Tried to negotiate the price, but couldn't get them down much. Other than that, everything went very smmothly and in time. I still can't figure out how they charge labor, per hour of work or fixed rate per job. If they charge, per hour, do we need to monitor the working time? Do they charge for travel to and from home to their office? Will try to get these answers next time.

I invited the plumber into the house, and told him the things we wanted him to fix: cracked sewer pipe, S traps removed and replaced with P traps. He said that we would need another ventilation pipe for the P traps and he would need to come back for a better estimate on how much that pipework would cost

I planned to work from home for the morning to meet BDP but as time ticked by, I was worried they weren't going to show. I called their main number and was told they had me scheduled for the afternoon even thou I told them to come in the morning. Thankfully they were able to have someone come within an hour of my phone call. Once he got here, he was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. He was pleasant and professional. Other than the scheduling mix-up, I was pleased with BDP and will use them again for any plumbing issues.

Our shower just stopped working on a Thursday evening. I called BDP on Friday morning and someone was there by 11:30 that morning. The gentleman was very professional. He explained the problem, fixed the shower and even fixed a slow draining sink we hadn't fixed in over a year. It was very painless and thanks to the coupon on Angie's List we even saved a little money.

Went well, they were prompt and very friendly, the price for 45 mins of work, and perhaps $10 in materials...of $278 was quite a bit more than we were used to. Because of the very steep price, I would be very reluctant to use them again.

I wasn't given an estimate prior to the work and the problem was not diagnosed properly. The problem was not fixed. I am not happy with the company. I will not use them in the future.

Called at 730 in the morning to schedule service. They were able to have someone there by 1030. The gentleman arrived at 10 am and was finished by 1040.

Within two days, everything was done to perfection. They definitely deserve the A that they have on the list. They were very good, professional and I would highly recommend them.

On Sunday night I went down to my basement and found the floor under water. We dried everything thinking it was the dishwasher leaking. On Monday morning I called the company and they gave me a 3:30 pm appointment. I washed the dishes by hand, and found out that, for a second time my basement had water. The plumber came at 2:30 pm. He figured out what the problem was and snaked out the pipe. He was done in a short time and the problem was solved. We were very satisfied with the job.

I was very pleased with their service. They showed up on time, and maybe even a little before.

We were having other work done in our house when one of the pipes to our baseboard heat was cut. The heat had to be turned off. I called BDP Plumbing and explained the situation. They said they could have someone out in about 30 minutes. The technician arrived in 30 to 45 minutes after the call. My husband showed him the problem and he began working on it. He repaired the pipe and then took the time to explain to my husband how the boiler works, where to add water if needed and how to tell if water was needed. I was not home but my husband reported that all went well. While it was more expensive than I would have liked, they were very prompt and fixed the problem.

Extremely well. Very Very Satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to someone else. I called them because I had a new tub faucet and shower assembly that I had purchased and wanted to have installed. I told them that I had had it for a few months but hadn't gotten around to it and also mentioned that I thought I had heard a dripping behind the wall the day before but then it had stopped. I made the appointment and they came the next morning as agreed. The technician looked at the situation, looked at what I had purchased and explained that they would have to open up the wall - that this was the type of install that was designed for a new install and not a repair or replacement unless the bathroom was being done. He also explained that it could be done, and what it would entail and that the cost would be over $900 not including the hardware I already had. He offered me an much more reasonable option and I went with that. Great experience. He was punctual, on time, and definitely not looking to rip me off!

I called them in the evening, and they responded after leaving my number with the answer service, within a half hour. We explained the situation, they found a suitable new water heater, and arranged to come the next day, at 10am to install it. They confirmed all at 8am the next morning as well. We will continue to call them first for our heating and plumbing needs. Very professional, very prompt, very organized.

On day one the first guy came out. We had been unable to turn off the hot water. He worked and worked but was unable to take out the faucet. He was familiar with this Moen brand and had the right tools but it was impossible to take out and would have to be cut apart--along with a small leak under the sink fixed. Day two--another guy came out and this was done. He mentioned that the group is no longer called WC Diamond but that it now is called BDP (the initials of the family members running it) and that it will also in the future do renovations like redoing a bathroom and larger projects.

Office secretary very friendly and helpful - got same day service - Dominick arrived on the dot - wore booties to protect our carpets -was very knowledgeable & helpful with all our questions - he didn't rush us. We still have a number of things to be done and will be calling Diamond Plumbing again very soon.

They did a great job and it was one of those jobs that could be a DIY but I couldn't. It was very expensive. If I could have done it myself I would have saved 120 dollars. Needless to the person who came was very professional . quality was great and I didn't feel I was flim-flamed

Prompt response, visit and quotation. Came back on the scheduled date to do the installation. Perfect job.

W.C.Diamond has been our plumber for two years. We have an annually renewable service agreement which includes emergency service, reduced prices, promotional pricing and so forth. The plumbers are licensed, well trained and service oriented.

They quote was fine. They came in to look at the problem. The only reason why I did not use them is because we needed the company to do more extensive work, and they couldn't do it.

It went extremely well. The only issue I have is that it was very expensive in my opinion.

Very satisfied. Woulduse again. Opted for the service plan available through the company.

They were easy to work with. They have a girl who answers the phone. A guy came out right away and he was very nice. In terms of plumbing, he told me what all I needed to have done right away and what I didn?t need to. There were no problems with what he did, and I had no complaints with them at all. I don?t recall what I paid them - he wasn?t the cheapest plumber that I?d ever used and at the same time, I didn?t feel like I was ripped off. I would use him in the future, if necessary.
