He was very professional, polite and did a great job. We would recommend them and use them again.

They were INCREDIBLY responsive, very friendly, and sent someone out right away. (Which is incredible when it's 10 degrees outside!). Unfortunately, their technician cleaned the wrong part. The part on the right is not a flame sensor, but rather, the ignitor. The next time the furnace tried to light, it was back to the same broken behavior. He cleaned the ignitor, but ignored the actual flame sensor on the left. I took it upon myself to investigate, and removed the actual flame sensor, cleaned it myself, reinstalled it, and the furnace has been fine since. It was simply a dirty flame sensor - the service person knew exactly what he was talking about, but cleaned the wrong part. Thankfully, I was still home and able to clean the right part myself easily because I now knew what I was looking for. I would've been upset if I were away for work and my wife had to deal with this. I look at the service call fee as a training session so I know what to do next time. (I do like to be self sufficient when possible.) Based again on how highly my neighbor spoke of them, I'd give them a second chance - we all make mistakes, and I do understand that. It happens - they were prompt, professional and courteous in every way.

I was very impressed with the tech...Matt. He was prompt, knowledgable and offered several options for repairs and replacement. The office was pleasant and very responsive when I called and appointments were scheduled within a time window. Good plumbers are hard to find....I would definitely recommend them...and certainly use them again.

The one who came was a very good technician. Greg, he was very professional and explained things thoroughly. He was very good.

They are responsive and have good customer service. There was one technician here doing the work. They came out as scheduled and were able to work around my time frame.

They also recommended where we should buy a faucet from to replace one that's leaking and plan on using them to install it as well.

The estimate was turned around pretty quickly to us. The cost of the estimate was high.

I will be using them in the future should I have any plumbing & heating issues. Margaret was very helpful in helping me set up the appointment and checking to see if the service I had requested would be under warranty. Matt, the technician who came to my house was actually early (first contractor I ever had to be early!!!!), very professional & helpful with answering my questions in regards to the work he's doing. Matt was basically teaching me how to replace my thermal expansion tank when and if I need to replace it. Overall, I am very pleased with the staff. A bunch of wonderful people to deal with.

Whenever there is an emergency, or question of any kind, the owner is very prompt in responding to our needs. All work assignments are done very well.

They are my regular plumber and I’ve used them a number of times. They had to bring in a landscaper to dredge out the plumbing parts of the well. They’re good, prompt, and usually solve the problem. I have no complaints. It’s hard to compare prices because I just worked with them recently but it seems that they have reasonable ways of dealing with visit fees. They’re more flexible with their pricing. They’re a good company to work with. The only thing I didn’t like is excavating company that they brought along because they didn’t put things back.

Our furnace is old and behaved quite bizarrely. Matt from BDP took much more time than anticipated, to analyze, tinker and fix all the problems, without charging additional fees for his time. Also, after the first cleaning, the furnance konked out for some reason. Because we have not yet moved in, we dropped our keys at BDP and Matt came by the next morning and fixed it. Excellent and honorable people to work with! Also, because BDP has an office dispatcher, our calls were always responded to immediately.

BDP installed a new Natural Gas line from my meter through the basement and exiting at the other side of my house. This was for a portable Natural Gas generator I purchased after Sandy. They also supplied a quick-disconnect device. They also connected and started the generator to be sure I understood how to proceed. Excellent work and a great price!

We are newly relocated SC residents from Morris County NJ. We still own rental properties in NJ and were desperate to find a reliable and qualified source to maintain and repair the rental heating units on these properties. Very well. They came out when they said they would. Inspected the pump. Came in, gave us an estimate & explained what they would be doing. They started right away & were finished within the hour.

It went very well. A very nice lady first called me to confirm the appointment and also give me the details of who would be there from BDP to do the job. The technician called me to confirm and was there on time. He surveyed both the jobs and let me know what needed to be done. He then proceeded to do both the jobs after my permission. He replaced a part in the toilet flush that was causing the leak. He also unclogged my shower drain and adjusted the drain stopper, which was causing the slow drainage of water. Both jobs were done in a few minutes with minimal back and forth by the technician to his truck (my metric to see if someone is prepared and knows what he or she is doing is to count the number of trips they make to get something done). The technician did a professional job. He wore protective booties when he was inside my home. He was very courteous. A couple of days after the job, the same nice lady called back to check on the job done and see if I had any questions or concerns. I also received a hand written 'thank you' note in the mail for using their services. A nice personal touch for a routine job, I would definitely use them again. It was a pleasant experience.

Bdp Plumbing is the best plumbing service I have found so far. They are on time, very professional and seem to genuinely care about your needs.

I called BDP for an estimate on the repair of a leak in our shower. The office staff offered me an appointment the next day (though I asked for another day). Matt, the plumber, arrived at the time he was expected. He was friendly and professional. Assuming that the leak was in the pipes, I was prepared for Matt to open the wall just to look for the leak. That's not at all what happened. Matt spent about 20 minutes running water on different surfaces within the shower, looking for the traces of water in the basement, tracking the flow of the water, examining the tile and grout in our shower. In the end, he concluded that the problem was not the plumbing itself but the grout. It would have been faster for him to take out the wall and charge me for that, only to discover that there were no leaks in the pipes, but he took the time to investigate this way, at no charge. Thankfully, he did have a little extra time in his schedule to install a kitchen faucet for us. It took about 15 minutes to do the work and clean up. I was so impressed with Matt and BDP that I wish I had more work for them right now. I'll definitely call them again when the need arises.
