Jack, his Son, and Crew were very professional. They were very responsive and efficient, both when coming out for the estimate and walking us through what they would do, and when they arrived to complete the work, which took a couple of separate visits, because of rain. They cleaned the entire exterior of the House, including Windows & Roof. They also Stripped and Stained our back Deck which had not been done for several years. The Deck looks like it did when it was new, and stained for the first time. I would use them again, as well as recommend them to our friends & neighbors.

It was fine. The whole driveway looks nasty. It is peeling, I'm kind of disappointed. Initially when they did the job it looked great. They said that we would be fine for a year. I don't know if it was the weather or what. I have to get it done again. I don't mind paying a little more. I would not use them again. The work at the time was fine, it's afterwards. I think the price was fine. I am not happy with it.

These guys were great. Friendly, helpful, punctual and good work.

We initially signed up for an Angie's List promotion (through Groupon) to get 10 windows and screens washed @ $129.00. We later decided to get all the windows done when the owner, Mr. Kramer, stopped by to look at the job. It's a family owned business and the owner's son and one other worker did a great job. It took them about one workday--everyone was very professional, prompt and courteous.

I used this company as they had advertised a special on Angie's List. When they estimated the job, it worked out to be about double the cost - because there was substantially lot more black-top to the seal coated. They were very professional and extremely accommodating. Their pricing was moderate / fair. However the quality of their work left much to be desired. It appeared to be very average, poor, hastily done job. I did lodge a complaint. However I did not hear back.

A Brilliant Solution fit me in late in the seal coat season. They showed up on time and were courteous and professional. They completely cleaned the driveway first with a brush and a blower to ensure that the seal coat would adhere, they sealed the cracks with hot tar and then seal coated. The driveway now look almost brand new! The two young men who performed the work even got my mail from the mail carrier! :-) I highly recommend A Brilliant Solution and I will hire them again in the future.

I bought this service on an Angie's List special. The provider was prompt in getting in touch with me after I arranged for the service via Angie's List and we quickly settled on a date. He showed up on time with his assistant, and they did a careful, complete job putting down the sealcoating both by spreading a gentle stream of goo, and hand-painting around the edges. It looks great. I'll have them back in a couple of years.

We have a very large driveway over 13,000 SQ ft and it was severely cracked and needed major repair. Jack took the time to painstakingly measure all of the needed crack filling required to restore the driveway. Price was substantial, however fair for the work involved. Jack and crew got the job done over three days and we are very happy with the result.

We had a few quotes and decided to go with A Brilliant Solution for a Pressure Washing. The house we bought had some dark stains on the siding which I wasn't sure would wash off - Jack assured me that the house would be clean - I am pleased to say that the house is spotless!! They also thoroughly cleaned the outside of the gutters which were badly stained as well! They did a GREAT job and will definitely use them again!!

They did a phenomenal job cleaning up the roof. Before it looked terrible and now looks like a new roof. Also the driveway was a real mess due to an oil leak from a dumpster and raccoon paw prints scattered all over the driveway from him getting into a white can of paint. Driveway will ultimately need to be repaved (which Brilliant Solutions explained to me and completely tempered my expectations) but for now it looks so much better. I would definitely recommend them.

I was very pleased with the services that A Brilliant Solution provided. My house, roof and windows were all in great need of a good cleaning. They removed all the mold stains from the roof and streaks off of my house siding. My kids and dogs make a mess of all the windows, but they were also excellently cleaned. Kyle was very nice and professional. I will definitely call them again for any of my powerwashing needs.

They hand brushed the edges and were very professional. I will be using them again.

Overall the experience I have had with A Brilliant Solution was pleasant. From the very beginning when I was given my estimate I was surprised with how personable and friendly Jack and Kyle were. Despite being busy they were prompt and thorough with their work and even got the entire job done before a barbecue I had the following weekend. I was surprised with how well everything came out especially getting rid of all the black mold on my roof. They also proved me wrong when I thought they would leave a slight mess on the edge of my driveway with the sealcoat but I was pleasantly surprised to find no such thing. The insides and outside of my windows are so clean my dog actually decided to walk right into the sliding glass door thinking it was wide open. It is not easy to find good work these days but these guys are an exception and know what they are doing. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who wants to make their house look pristine.

They showed up on time and did a great job on all 3 things - cleaned all the windows (inside and out), cleaned the roof, and power washed the house. They were all friendly, respectful, and hard working. They did the job exactly as promised. I am very happy with their work and recommend them. I will use this company again.

They've done my deck twice now over the years and both times it was an excellent job. The deck looks great when they are done and holds up well. They do a quality job at a fair price. I have recommended them to my friends and they were satisfied too.
