Steve from Royal Landscapes promptly gave me a fair estimate on a drainage issue I was having at the corner of my house. His excellent crew trenched the downspout and tied in my sump pump outflow pipe to drain down the side of my property to a popup. They even cleaned up the weeded side and replaced with river rocks. The side now looks professionally landscaped. Very impressed with their work. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

I am so pleased with the work they did! It is just perfect, neat and all cleaned up. They cleaned a bed of weeds along with curb and driveway weeds too which I did not request. So they go above and beyond too! I would highly recommend Royal Landscapes. I have them for a few years.

EXCELLENT JOB! Professionals from start to finish. Steve returned my call quickly, very flexible & had the men out in less than 2 weeks. We have a big property with lots of beds. After years of being underwhelmed by numerous landscapers, Steve’s crew, headed by Max, did an outstanding job. Meticulously removed ALL WEEDS, debris, etc. in beds, great job of edging, and mulching (didn’t scrimp on the mulch), including planting some bushes we had purchased on our own. Also placed river rocks in various locations for drainage as well as aesthetics , and added little stones to compliment existing slate in a path area around our deck, because previous tries w/ mulch did not work. Reasonable price, too, and WELL WORTH IT!

Steve and his crew at Royal Landscaping cleaned up our yard and beds, trimmed our shrubs and trees, and put down mulch in all of our beds. Steve promptly responded to my request for a quote and gave a fair price for the services we required. The job he did was above and beyond what we expected. His crew worked extremely hard and their lawn care expertise was evident in the work they did. We will use Royal Landscaping for all of our future lawn care needs. We would highly recommend hiring them for your lawn care projects.

Steve is probably the most attentive and responsive service provider I have ever worked with. Steve was hired to makeover the entire front and backyard. His hardscape team run by Malica is top knotch. They had a lot of great ideas in addition to doing high quality work. There were some issues with a few of the stones being loose and the team including Steve have been super responsive to remedy the situation at no charge expeditiously. With the landscaping, there were issues that happened outside of Steve’s control but he quickly remedied the situation even though it wasn’t his fault but an issue with onion grass growing out of control through the mulch. Steve quickly came to my rescue then and when some flowers/bushes he planted in November didn’t come in, he fixed that also at no extra charge. Steve may seem expensive at first but I priced him compared to others and it was comparable and the level of service was extraordinary. Between Steve’s responsiveness and professionalism, I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with finding him through Angie’s list. I would highly recommend him for any landscaping or hardscape work needed.

Did what they said they would do at a reasonable price in a reasonable timeframe, even though I called them at a very busy time of the year. I will hire again.

From the beginning Steve was very responsive and his company did an outstanding job and turned our front yard into the best on the block. Work was performed earlier than initially promised and workers were prompt, efficient, and professional. They even did some extra and trimmed some bushes. I will be using them again for sure and highly recommend them. Price was more than reasonable.

I called Royal Landscapes and we agreed on a date (03/09/18) to meet to review the job. On March 9th, no one from Royal Landscapes bother to show up. There was no call to cancel or to ask for another appointment. Now to be fair, it snowed the day before so I'm sure it would've been a little challenging to give an accurate assessment of my landscaping needs, but really, no call to cancel or reschedule speaks volumes to me! So I will not be recommending Royal Landscapes.

Steve was extremely responsive and came out for a free estimate at a time that was convenient for us. He was attentive and price was reasonable. He came out quickly a few days later; he and his crew were very friendly and did a great job. Definitely plan to use them for future projects!

I was truly pleased with the quality of work and the level of service. At first I thought the price seemed high but when I compared it to others, I realized he was right in the ballpark. Steve was a pleasure to work with and he hires/works with top notch professionals.

These guys were great. The job was done exactly one week from when I first inquired of their services. They cleaned up the entire area (~250 sq ft), re-mulched and re-edged all within a few hours. The edging was really, really well done. I would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone considering their service.

Steve responded right away and came out and gave me a quote and install date. His men were polite and friendly and arrived exactly at the time they promised. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and products. I highly recommend Steve and would use again.

Fast and accurate. Could not believe how hard the crew worked. One thing I kept in mind was that landscapers are hyper busy and out on jobs. So my expectations for communication and availability were driven by the season. Make sure you let them know where any buried sprinklers and electrical wires are, if possible have them mapped out. All in all, happy with the end results.

The crew did an excellent, all-around job; the yard looks wonderful and we are so pleased with the work. They were hard working, professional, and friendly. They cleaned up the debris so nicely too. Also, I had purchased Preen in advance of the job and they even put that into the beds before mulching. We weren't sure if the aluminum edging reinstall would work but it did. Looks great! I must commend Steve on his communication too. Our job was delayed several times due to the wet weather but Steve kept us informed all along the way. Impressive! Would highly recommend them.

We could not have been happier with the services provided by Royal Landscapes. They prepared a detailed plan for the new landscaping, showing type of plant, quantity and exact location. In addition they provided us with pictures of the plantings, so we would know exactly what to expect. The job itself went extremely well. Steve and his crew were great to deal with. They began at 8 in the morning, and didn't leave until the work was finished, about twelve hours later. They went above and beyond the call, even doing some work that was not covered by the estimate. Most importantly, the landscaping is beautiful. On the administrative side, Steve was great about communicating with us. He responded to our text messages promptly, and gave clear answers to our questions. He completed the work on the date that he said he would and in accordance with the plan and cost estimate that he provided when he bid the job. I highly recommend Royal Landscapes.

Wonderful they were very responsive. Work was all done in two days which is unbelievable. Workers were all courteous and cleaned up when job was done. All our neighbors now say how great our yard looks.
