Description of Work: Fixed a broken sewer line. Dug down approx 4 and a half feet, found the broken cast iron pipe and put it back together with pvc pipe. Also added a clean out for me.

Description of Work: I hired a "professional" to replace my bathroom. After 2 attempts, which consisted of starting over from scratch, I had to terminate my relationship with "The Neighborhood Handyman". Ed Lane Plumbing came in and fixed everything that was done incorrectly. As I had already spent 3 weeks without a working shower, they responded to my SOS almost immediately and completed the work within 3 days of my call. I will use them again if the need should arise.

She politely told me that I would receive a call back from someone with the company shortly. I was called back in about 3 minutes and assured that they could handle my problem. Within 2 hours a technician was at my house with a new pump which he installed in minutes. The tech then stayed and helped me wind up all the hoses from the 5 portable pumps I had been using and he waited to make sure that the new pump could keep up with the flow. I was thrilled with the prompt, courteous and professional service I received. We will definitely use Ed Lane Plumbing in the future.
