Description of Work: The Tin Man, Dennis Kager, installed a high-efficiency heater and a/c, along with zoning the second floor so we could turn off the air and heat in the rooms of two children who had gone to college. The zoning was the first time living in the house for 10 years the rooms were comfortable when the children were home. Additionally, he installed a humidifier (which made a huge difference in the cracks on the tips of my fingers) and an electronic allergy filter. The filter works so well, it is just hosed off twice a year and there is very little dust in the air. He gave us an original estimate and when some of the zoning upstairs took a little longer, he did not change his price, but delivered the service and parts he promised as quoted originally. He has since serviced the units (2 heaters and 2 air conditioners) to keep them running at top efficiency and clean out leaves, rocks and small animals who get trapped in there over the winter months when the a/c is not used. He does a very professional job, always wears slippers over his shoes when he is in your house and leaves the area cleaner than it was when he came in to do the job. He is very dependable and will service your system 7 days a week if you have an emergency.
