The work was done well by his subcontractor and he underpaid him. He said he'd do the work for the insurance money that I received $1.700, but tried to bill me for the amount of the insurance before the $1,000 deductible $2,700 way over the cost of doing the work. He lied all the way through the estimate and is not trust worthy. Since i signed the contract taking his verbal word of doing it for the insurance amount i received, I had no legal recourse. He eventually took me for $500. My fault for trusting this man. Don't have anything to do with him. Jerry Nowak, Flemington, NJ

Regarding All Star Construction of Hunterdon County, NJ I requested a proposal from All Star Construction in the summer of 2013 for both interior renovations and for several repair jobs on our property from Superstorm Sandy. When I received the proposal, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the first bid was, and then I was even more impressed at their payment terms and the way the owner worked with us to make sure the project met both our and their budgets. The quality of the work was excellent in all areas and they actually overachieved both my husband and my expectations. They went out of their way to be congenial, professional and they were conscientious of how they left the job site in the evenings, on the weekends and particularly when the jobs were completed. I would give them five stars.

ALL-STAR CONTACTORS H. C.. was highly recommended by a relative who had just completed a multi phase complete home renovation. My first project was an addition for much needed space due to local flooding. Bill came over and designed a multi-use room elevated on piers for future flood protection. I was impresssed with the honest and friendly crew Bill assigned to the project. the design worked perfectly, the price was within budget and the quality was excellent. A year later saw us pumping water for the basement with one of the worse floods ever. all of our precautions on our basement wasn't enough but Bill's elevated addition was untouched,I called Bill and he promptly came out to price out the new damage, well the next crew assigned to us were better than the first. if you want a dependable,honest contractor , with great design ideas and excellent craftmanship call Bill at ALL-STAR CONTRACTORS H.C.
