Worst soil loaded with debris, left gulleys that filled up with puddles making yard unusable. i had to chase him in person to get him to come back to fix. To this day, nothing grows in it except weeds. will have to replace lawn if i ever try to sell

1) It was so-so. However, they didn't do it good enough because the soil they laid on top, settled unevenly and the rocks ended up on the surface after watering / rain a few times. This was late April, May. It just happened that we had another company come and do some foundation planting and move our garden bed later that summer (August). The other company also had to rake, add top soil and reseed. Even though the other company we hired came 3 months later, the grass in that area grew in faster and fuller than the part that Murphy put in. Both work was done the front yard not too far from each other. The part that Murphy put in still doesn't look quite right. I've been trying to seed the area myself. I would rate the quality of this job to be a B- because it looked pretty good when they left, just didn't have the right result. 2) I feel like the quality of the trees was not very good. Apparently the farm the trees came from was a couple of hours away. Therefore, I couldn't see the trees before it was planned. One tree was planted below ground level. Even as an amateur, I know that's not good. There was one other tree that appears to have had a string wrapped around the based of the trunk of the tree. It looks like it's been there awhile because that part of the trunk is very skinny. Both trees are alive though. Just not as full as we thought they should be. I have not basis on that claim, so I give this job a C+ 3) They did a fantastic job on the paver walkway for the front of the house. No complaints there. They used plastic edging instead of cement. Which I really have no preference anyway. We had another company come and do the patio because there was an Angieslist special. The other company's pavers sucked and it's already starting to crumble in high traffic areas. Murphy's pavers are still in very good shape. I give this job a A,

Murphy is the owner of the company. We have a contract with them for lawn care and they come on a weekly basis for the service. I think their price is reasonable. I use their service because they are a local company. When I needed someone for lawn work, they were available. They are very outgoing and friendly. They do good job. They are very responsive to any of our needs. They are always willing to do extra work when we call them. We have no problems with them.

It was an awesome experience. For once, I was totally hands off.

I am very happy with the results. The patio they were working on looks great and the bushes were placed where I wanted them to be. I had no problems at all with the company. A couple of things I really liked about them are that they always come in on time and they work fast, neatly and efficiently.
