Work was average. They were on-time and finished what they promised in a timely fashion. They suggested a bunch of useless things which they knew were useless and charged through the roof for those items. At the end when I confronted with the guy who dealt with my wife, you could see the smirk on his face as he said, but your wife agreed to it. I realize it is my mistake in not keeping a close tab on these charges and I paid for it. But the whole experience was like dealing used car dealers and I would never suggest any friend to work with them.

Had the garage tek set the garage organization work. Their bread and butter. I was tied up at work and they set something so high in the garage (Remember each foot of height across a three car garage adds considerable amount of money). I would say some fault lies with us in not arguing but being garage professionals I would say they shouldn't have suggested the frame work 8 feet from the ground. Completely unreachable and extremely over priced. Quality of actual work is good but their advice was horrible. Caveat Emptor when you work with them

Project was on time. I was tied up at work and they took my wife for a ride with costs. Suggested all the useless things (12 feet from round for the shelving?) No way. We ended up paying at least 25% more than what was needed. I was disgusted with the service. I asked the person later and all he said was "your wife said OK". When I questioned him again, he had a sheepish grin and said the work is already complete and offered to give few extra hooks.

Timely install; finished in a day with no issues. Nice, clean product, with lots of versatility - exactly what we needed in the garage. No complications, nice guys and neat work. I bit on the expensive side, but you DO get what you pay for.

Anton and Dimitri arrived close to scheduled time and performed all work in an extremely professional and careful manner.

Left out many screws. Needed to be re-secured to the walls. Manufacturer not responsive to questions or concerns.

The experience turned out very good, actually. The stuff is great, the materials are great, it looks terrific and it has lasted 8 years so far. They put stuff all over the walls, new shelves, new cabinets and paneling on the wall that allows us to hang things. They also do garage flooring too that protects the garage floor, but I did not go that far. Their price is not cheap. I like the materials and I like the look of it. It was clean and they basically had a lot of accessories. I was looking to organize my garage and this was one of several systems I looked at. This company looked like a good fit for me. When I was considering companies I was looking at someone to install it because I was looking for something to be installed on the ceiling and hang down. I wanted to make sure it was done right. It has stood the test of time and has done very well. The price was reasonable for what I was getting. The quality of their service was very good. I don't remember any problems with the product they were selling. It was very quick and easy. They came in, did the work and it was the cost I expected it to be.

I had an awesome experience with them. They were a little bit slightly overpriced but they were absolutely worth the money. They were knowledgeable and helpful. They did a great job. They should be slightly cheaper.

The experience has been good. I did not work with them, my husband did. I can tell you it was fine; I don't remember having a problem. The results were good.

The experience was excellent. I would recommend him very highly. It was top, top. He came in and looked at my place and gave me an estimate. I have columns in my garage and they covered them with materials so we wouldn't scratch the car. The floor is now about 5 years old and has stood up very, very well. There was one part that wouldn't stick because it was a very bad floor when they came in. It was down to bare dirt. They came back and fixed it. I am totally satisfied. They do good work and they stand behind it. It is still perfect. Nothing can hurt my garage floor. It was well worth the money. They sprayed a chemical coating and it covered up all the bare spots where the soil was coming through. Now you could eat off my garage floor. I get it power washed once a year and it looks like brand new. He does what he says and he stands behind it. The price was reasonable. It was well worth it.
