This company displayed excellent communication, work quality and follow-up. Handled permits and responded promptly to queries. I used Jim R. to replace my wood deck after a wind storm damaged my property. Because of professionalism and quality of work I then hired them to replace railings, posts and stairs of my front porch. So far very happy with the owner and crew. I expect I will use them for other (interior) work I want done.

Jim and the team worked with us on the project from design to permits to construction. The whole project took about two weeks and Jim delivered in everything discussed. He worked on our changes in design during the project. Pricing was fair and the project started and finished on time. The finished deck exceeded expectations.

The Lowes Pro Desk in Stewartsville NJ referred us to Dynamic Renovations. I called Jim and he came to our home within 24 hours and provided an estimate a day later. His terms were fair, and we contracted to have our 800+ Sq. Ft. deck and railings replaced with Trex decking and railing system. Jim and his crew showed up on the promised date, constructed our deck with care, worked neatly, and took great care to leave the work area in excellent shape. The workmanship was exemplary, and we are more than thrilled with the results. We had one small additional request after the job was completed and Jim dispatched his crew the next day to deal with it. I give Dynamic Renovations my highest recommendation!

Jim and his team were efficient and true professionals. Jim was so helpful and thorough in the decision making process. His crew worked non stop and were very respectful of my property. Jim made sure I was happy with the end result. The whole experience could not have gone better. The deck is beautiful.

It was an easy process. We called for information because we were considering enlarging the deck, and switching to composite from wood. Once meeting with Jim, we decided to do the project, and didn't call anyone else. He helped with the plans, permits, and all aspects of the project. The crews working on the deck were professional and well skilled. They would asked me every morning, "do you have any questions?" I like that. The scheduling time was not bad, about six weeks to start, and two weeks to finish. I will also mention that I have worked in construction for decades. However, I didn't want to do this project myself. Having Jim and his crew do it was a wise decision. I will also mention that this deck is eleven feet up from the ground. The ground in that location is at the top of a 35 foot retaining wall. So the site conditions were a little challenging. But no problem for Jim and crew. I am now planning my next deck project. Dynamic Renovations is OUTSTANDING! Jim (the owner) and his crew exceeded our expectations. My wife and I had our old deck removed and a new Trex deck installed. Jim provided a fair competitive price and the finished deck looks absolutely amazing! Jim helped with the permits and all 3 inspections as well so I did not have to deal with my town. All I can say is â ¦ Wow!! Jim and his crew worked like an automated machine lineâ ¦ from permits to last minute adjustments they made it happen perfectly. They were always on time and even worked in the rain. I had my wood deck converted to Trex and then connected to my above ground pool. I never covered the pool during construction and nothing dropped in the pool. They were so clean (picked up after themselves every day) and cared about our opinions and extra recommendations. They even were able to accommodate add-ons last minute. Highly recommend!!! Love my new deck!!!

Cannot say enough of how good a job Jim did in repairing our deck. A tree struck the deck railing. It pushed the railing to one side and did some damage to the deck itself. Jim pulled the deck up, did the repair to the deck and was able to reuse the railing. He even found pieces that we needed even if the original version was no longer available. With COVID we were struggling to find a contractor. Even some that Angi’s recommended were not returning our messages. Jim got back to me right away and worked with us to set up a plan and give us an estimate when the work could start. And he was basically right on time. I would not hesitate in recommending Dynamic Renovations for anyone needing deck work done.
