This project went great. As soon as I met Brian I had a great sense of what the job would entail. He also gave me a quick overview of home generator usage in my local area (I live in an area with a lot of recent power outages) and best practices. He was on site himself along with his crew for the installation. It was done quickly and at a reasonable price. Really looking forward to work with B-Tec for my future projects!

Brian and his team were excellent throughout the process. From the first contact and very competitive pricing, through patient explanation on how will the lights be installed, I.e. How much would they have to cut through the walls and ceiling, to quick and very clean execution. They installed recessed lights in my home office (old house, no light fixture) with minimal damage and normal light fixtures in two bedrooms where you can't even tell there was work done. The quoted price was honored and there were no upcharges or surprises. Will definitely use their services again and gladly recommend them to anyone.

Brian promptly returned calls. I had received a quote from him last January. I waited until September to have the work done. He informed me a new product had become available since his quote that cut the cost about in half. He and his assistant Ryan were polite, and professional. I added as small job to the project and it was no problem. I am very satisfied. He also honored the Angie’s List discount.

We live in areas where power outages happens a few times a year. Last one lasted 3 days and we had to to stay in hotels. We all thought getting power generators and hooking up is one of the toughest project for home. Brian and Ryan made it so easy for us. First Brian came to our house at 8am before I head to work, he examined our electrical system and explained to us what need to be done and what we need to get. Then we picked the generator, ordered from amazon and delivered to our house. Lastly Brian’s team took care the rest with reasonable rate and walk through everything with us thoroughly after installation. Awesome service and from now on we will call B-Tec for all our electrical need. Thanks Brian and Ryan.

Brian and his team did an excellent job of installing four bedroom fans. He found time to come and install them weeks ahead of when we had it initially scheduled which was much appreciated. Brian got back to me right away after the initial inquiry. He came the next morning and quickly got to the bottom of the issue, and even ended up fixing another lingering issue that I wasn't expecting to have fixed.

Dan and Jamie arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. They went right to work to track down the problem that turned out to be a hot wire that had come loose in an outlet upstream from the bath area. They checked and tightened wires in several outlets and switches in and around the area and in the attic. They were terrific and I would highly recommend B-Tec for any electrical needs.

Brian promptly responded to my inquiry, and was able to squeeze in my emergency appointment, as well as having some extra time to complete another small project. He showed up promptly and was professional and courteous. Very happy with my service!

Brain was excellent. He contacted me immediately on a Sunday and we arranged for work to be performed on the following Tuesday. It was a fair and reasonable price. For some reason Yelp sent my quote request to more than one business (I was trying to do business with Brian based on his Yelp reviews) which resulted in another company showing up. Brian handled it with grace and I was very appreciative of the way he does business. Will definitely be using him for future business.

Better than expected and for a great price

I had found B-Tec (Brain) after contacting several other Electricians in the area with either no contact back or spotty responses. Used his online estimate tool on his website and got a call back within 24 hours to discuss in more detail what the project required and a time to set up the quote/work. Himself and a co-worker were on time and finished the project within 2 hours. Discussed options and came up with a game plan and gave a very respectable price, we added some extras such as better lighting, an indoor motion sensor, and fixed an outside motion sensor flood light. He was upfront with the options, his pricing, and completed the job in a few hours. I will be contacting them in the future for other projects

I hired B-Tec Electric to check out some outlets in my kitchen that were not working. I had just moved into the house and assumed that there was something disconnected. Within a few days I had an electrician over to look at the problem. After searching the house, the problem was not found. However, he found a multitude of electrical problems, including safety hazards. Rather than continuing to spend time looking for the problem and increasing my bill, they suggested it would be better to rewire the outlets saving time and money. They also offered to go through and fix the other safety issues that were found. B-Tec Electric came back to my house and spent an entire day going through every outlet and room to make sure my house was safe. Being the mother of three small children, this was extremely important to me. They addressed numerous issues, rewired the outlets that were not working, and added new outlets in my kitchen as well as GFI outlets in the kitchen and bathroom which were not originally there. I truly felt that my family’s safety was their main priority. They were wonderful to work with and extremely professional. I would hire them again for any electrical needs!

Very pleased with the quality of the work that was done in the bathrooms and bedroom. Brian is extremely reliable and knowledgeable. His work ethic is refreshing. He returns your calls or emails in a timely manner, he shows up on time to do the work, he completes the job correctly, he takes pride in his work, he has respect for your home, he is extremely careful and cleans up when he is finished. He has very competent workers that assist him on the job. We have used Brian for years and would recommend him with confidence to any of our friends or relatives. His pricing is very reasonable.
